"Farquaad here is your Hegarty Maths login." My maths professor said with a tone of boredom in her whiny voice. Hegarty Maths was a new thing but I knew I'd be fine with it because I was a maths genius and no maths was a problem for me.
I logged in and found my first Hegarty task- writing the title of it in my exercise book. 'Harder exponential problems'
As bizarre as it is I had never been taught exponential problems so I decided to watch the video and get an idea of what they were. I grabbed the universities shitty, broken earphones and clicked on the video.
"Hello and welcome to another video from Hegarty Maths- it's Mr Hegarty here!"
I paused the video and took off the headphones, my jaw dropped- wig snatched. Who was that man...? Who did that beautiful voice belong to..? I needed answers and I was sure as hell going to get them.
"Miss Lillian, who is Hegarty Maths?" I asked with an inquisitive expression.
"His name's Colin you dumb shit." Miss Lillian responded- the mole above her lip moving.
The whole class laughed at me and called me a NERD whilst I cowered back in my seat and sulked.
