I laid down on my new bed as I tried to recall what had happened today. To my dismay, I realized that everything had gone so fast that I could hardly remember anything at all. When I came back to my dorm, everything was the way I like it -probably Harry's doing- excluding the walls that were too plain for my liking. But I really appreciated the gesture.

But one of the things that had surprised me today was during recess. The canteen had it's own KFC and Macdonald shop stop in there!

There were also fancy gourmet restaurant food that came from big time companies that were too hard to pronounce. But the one that truly won my heart was Nando's. Yes. Nando's. As in heaven? Need I say more?

I had sat alone at the table in the middle of the hallway, having Avril disappear even before I stepped into the canteen and all other people that I relatively knew buy food and leave the canteen as fast as you could say supercalifragilisticexpidaliocious.

I had been quiet because well, I was alone, and was used to the guys being with me. However i couldn't complain because I was contented with my food.

But without a single warning though, that had changed in an instant. Girls whom I did not know even existed started to flock around my table, grinning as they start talking to me all at the same time and tried to get my attention.

Some stated that they were in the same class as me for various subjects and others state that they also just started schooling here too, knowing that I would be in the school.

They even had the creepy-stalkerish tone in their voices. They were rich, the whole lot of them as their bodies were heft with Gucci, Prada and all those branded items. Were all my fans like this?

My ears were still a little damaged till now from all their squealing and high pitched giggling, but I knew I couldn't escape their noisy wrath because they were suppose to be my fellow normal schoolmates that were interested in the arts. Supposed to be.

Not that I hated getting attention, but there's a line that shouldn't be crossed.

They crossed the line, alright.

The girls tried to hide the fact they were sniffing my hair and tried 'accidentally' touching my body in places that no one that is not in the third base with me should be.

I shuddered as I could still feel their hands on me and sighed, closing my eyes as I let myself drift off into darkness. I just hope that tomorrow their hands wont be so clumsy again.

The next few days were alright, besides the canteen situation which I am no longer comfortable talking about.

Don't ask.

But besides that horrible ordeal, everything was pretty cool. There were no surprise visits from Harry and he told me he would be traveling around for fun. But I wouldn't rule him crashing this place one fine day out yet.

I also think Avril is starting to get used my presence, having that she complains to me here and there about things that bugged her about things. We're practically best of lads.

I've grown quite used to her as well, the sarcastic comments about me not affecting me as much as they used to. I've learnt that there is more than meets the eye, like i see the soul that is inside her.

Pun intendedYeah, Avril let me hear her song 'Skater boii'. Can I make it anymore obvious?

But for real, Avril turned out to be quite smart. Seems that there is a big brain connected to that sharp tongue of hers.

"Niall? Hello?" Avril calls to me, waving her hand in front of my face. I jolted, cursing. She smirks and rolls her eyes. "You really need to stop with the day dreaming."

"Hmm? Yeah, okay." I mumble as I rubbed my face. I wasn't listening.

"You have to choose an extra curricular activity by today. It's compulsory." She states nonchalantly, little irritated that she has to repeat herself as she stands up from her seat and walks out of the classroom after snapping me out of my daze.

Because of the first day of school, she refuses to wait for me anymore. I had to catch up with Avril if I wanted her help or accompany her.

I looked at the digital clock at the front of the of the classroom, above the whiteboard, looking for the day frantically.

It can't be.. Please don't tell me time past so fast.

Friday.

It was the end of the school week already.

My heart rate picks up at the realization and I gulped inaudibly. I quickly picked up my stuff and stuffed them into my bag as I practically flew out of my seat out of the already empty classroom and raced to get to Avril.

Luckily, she was walking at a slow pace as she strolls to her locker. 11A. I memorized it.

"Avril," I said worriedly, running my fingers through my hair as I placed the other hand on her shoulder. She looks at it, then to me, her eyes narrowed.

My eyes widened a bit as I quickly took my hand back. I forgot. She hates people touching her. I muttered an apology and she sighs.

"What do you want?" She says, calming herself down. The last time I touched her -it was an accident, by the way- as people call it, shit had hit the fan. Splattered all over my face. So did her soda.

"I still haven't chosen my Extra Curricular Activity yet." I confessed.

"I told you not to procrastinate." She replies, entering her combination of the lock as we reached her locker. She does her locker stuff and I wait, observing her locker door.

Each locker were creatively designed by the students themselves, and Avril's was black, with pink and green designs of skulls, ripped hearts and lips. It seemed scary, but it had a feminine touch into it in some places. Almost artistic. Mine was still plain and empty though.

"I wasnt." I looked from her locker door to her, exasperated. She raised an eyebrow. I whined. "It was just a pile of comic books and I thought that I could finish it in an hour!"

"Well, it definitely took longer than 'an hour', didn't it?" She tries to mimic me, having on a strange accent that didn't quite sound right.

"So will you help me?" I asked, having no time to bicker. Time is ticking with every moment passing and the closer the deadline is for me to choose an activity. Avril told me those who did not have an extra curricular were put into one that was tasked in working at the cashier at the school bookshop.

No. Thanks. As if I have not enough people flocking me already.

"I don't like your tone, Mr. Horan." She folds her arms, mocking me and my desperation.

"Please?" I asked nicely and she eventually gives in, having that she was free the whole day. Not to mention no one hangs around her, except some unfortunate fans of mine that tried and failed miserably to get to me, and Avril scaring the poop out of them.

I guess i'm the only one she can stand. Yay me.

"That's better." She nods, grabbing me by the hand and dragging me away, not before shutting her locker door first.
