I had just finished tying the gauze back together, I froze in my place and focused on him. Was he being serious? Why? What would I even do?
He put his glasses back on and looked at me, "Uh," he paused, giving me a worried look as Aizawa checked my pulse to see if I was alive, "You ok?"
I swatted Aizawa's hand away from my neck then turned to Mic, "Why?"
"Well," he smiled and scratched the back of his neck, "you were brought up this past weekend with a different guest, you remember Kaoruko Awata?"
I nodded, "Of course."
"Well, she was on as a guest and you were brought up," he crossed his arms, "The switch board has been lit up since then from my Tokyo fans requesting you as a guest."
I blushed heavily and fiddled with my ponytail, "Your fans are requesting me?"
He grinned, "Yeah! Do you not know how popular you are with people in Tokyo?"
I thought about the girl who asked for my autograph and smiled a little, "I mean, I guess I do?" I bit my lip in thought, "I don't know I'm still trying to get used to it."
Mic smiled and patted my shoulder, "I highly recommend coming on. You could talk to some of your fans; get reputation up."
"I guess I could," I glanced over at Aizawa who was watching me with soft eyes, "This weekend?"
"Yeah!" Mic exclaimed, "This Saturday would be perfect."
I nodded thoughtfully, "Alright, I'll do it."
"Yes!" Mic pumped his fist in the air.
Students started filing in, whispering to each other as the three of us stood there talking. Aizawa stood up and bumped into me, "Ah, sorry, I didn't realize you were that close."
I hadn't pulled my mask back up yet so I didn't have anything to cover the blush dusting my cheeks as he walked around me. I anxiously yanked my mask back up, but the damage had already been done. Mic gave me an eyebrow wiggle, and the pink and brown haired girls giggled to each other. I huffed and crossed my arms, trying not to get any more embarrassed and lose my cool. My ears burned as I turned and walked over to Aizawa's desk to find something to distract myself with.
"I'll see you guys later," Mic called playfully as I picked up Aizawa's sleeping bag. I flipped him off as he waved at me, walking out the door.
"Oi," Aizawa started, "watch it. There are students in here."
I gave him the 'I'm baffled you're treating me like a student' look before flipping him off too. He glared at me quietly as I rolled up the bag, sticking it under the desk neatly.
"You're a nuisance," He sighed, messing with his teaching notes.
I took a seat in his desk chair and lifted my feet up onto the desk, leaning back in the chair comfortably, "Yup."
He glared harder, "I'm really tempted to take back what I said earlier."
I pulled down my mask and grinned at him, "You won't."
He sighed and rolled his eyes, giving up. I smirked triumphantly and pulled the mask back up.
His class was boring as usual, but I still stayed so I could check his status in between classes. Students were filing out when I stood to walk over to him.
"Hey, we should go to the nurses office so we can see if there's anything Recovery Girl can do for your injuries today." I made it to the podium when the last student walked out.
He didn't say anything, but reached up and pulled down my mask before grabbing my face with his hand, "Quit disrespecting me in front of my class. I work very hard to make sure they respect me, and listen." I felt my knees go weak as he pulled me closer, "I know you were being funny and you didn't mean it, but my students don't know you like I do." He stared into my soul with his intense eyes and I could feel my entire being become hot.
I looked up at him with what I like to call doe eyes, a deep blush growing on my cheeks, and nodded, "S-sorry," I whispered.
He let go of my face and gently stroked my chin, "It's alright, as long as you don't do it again."
I nodded and he pulled my mask back up with a small smile on his face, "Let's go see recovery girl then."
I squirmed where I stood as he headed towards the door and quickly followed him.
I ran around my room in a panic trying to find something to wear for the show. It wasn't like anyone was going to really see me, but I still wanted to look nice. I found a pair of pink camo cargo pants and paired it with a black halter top, putting a mesh long sleeve crop top over it. I sighed as I pulled on some chunky black boots and looked in the mirror. Hair up? Hair down? I fiddled with my hair and decided to put it up because I didn't want to deal with it. I heard a knock on the door and I grabbed my things, "One minute!" I called.
I ran to the door and grabbed my keys, "Hello!" I opened the door and exclaimed, seeing Aizawa and Mic standing there.
"Hey! You ready?" Mic exclaimed happily.
"Yes!" I grinned and looked over at Aizawa, "I'm so glad you agreed to come, I'm nervous."
"You'll do fine," Aizawa smiled as I shut the door and locked it.
"I mean I guess so, I'm just not used to so many people listening to me." I sighed, turning to them.
"You'll do great."
