The sports festival was thrilling to watch from the sidelines. I stood in the radio tower with Aizawa and Mic, but I stayed in the back so I wouldn't be in the way. Between matches I decided to go see Shoto and check up on his condition. I knew he was probably shaken after that fight with Midoriya— that and his father was being a douchebag.

I walked around the corner to find Shoto walking towards me, and Endeavor standing at the stair case a few feet behind. I jolted in fear when I saw Endeavor and his flames standing tall. He looked pissed as hell until he saw me walking towards Shoto; he became even more pissed.

"Where did you come from? I thought you were still in Tokyo." Endeavor boomed.

I glared at him as I put an arm around Todoroki, "I graduated top of my class and I now work here as a nurse," I paused as I glanced over at Shoto, "Did you forget?"

He scowled at me as he crossed his arms, "You're a nuisance."

"Oh," I picked at my nails a little, "I should be fully transferred back to your agency here in town by Friday. See you there." I waved with a fake smile as I guided Shoto to his waiting room.

"You're really good at pissing him off, you know." Shoto sighed as I shut the door behind us.

"And he is really good at pissing ME off." I retorted as I turned to him with my arms crossed, "Now are you hurt in anyway? Any cuts or scrapes to be bandaged?"

He shook his head and I sighed, walking over to put my arms around his shoulders for a hug, "Are you ok?"

He nodded, "Midoriya made a good point out there. It is my quirk."

"He's right," I nodded and pulled back to look at his face, "It's your quirk. Endeavor has no right to dictate what you do with it."

He nodded quietly and looked down at his left hand, "It's going to be hard coming to terms with it."

"I don't think either Me or Midoriya expect you to change that quick." I smiled, patting his head.

After the festival ended and the shit show that was the awards ceremony ceased, I made my way to the winners in the hall, "Bakugo, Todoroki." I called, walking over.

The both looked at me, Bakugo glared and Shoto seemed kind of peaceful, "Yes?" Shoto responded.

"You both did wonderful out there; you guys have exceptional quirks," Bakugo glared harder, not speaking, "Would you mind if I took you both to get some food after this? A celebration meal?"

Bakugo snorted and walked past me, "Hell no. I'd rather die. I don't even want the first place medal anyway. It's bull shit."

Shoto and I watched him continue to walk off as I frowned, "I'm sorry you feel that way."

"Don't listen to him," Aizawa popped up beside me, "he'll come around."

I nodded and looked to Shoto again, "How about that celebration meal?"

We ate and I got to talk with Shoto about how he and the others had been the past five years. Natsuo was at university and Fuyumi was at home taking care of everyone.

"I think I should visit my mom," Shoto states as we walked out of the restaurant.

I looked at him blankly, registering what he said, "Are you sure? Don't push yourself if you aren't ready."

I rested a hand on his shoulder as he looked at something off in the distance, "I'm not sure, but I can't keep running from it."

I nodded and with that I took him home.

I pulled up to my apartment and sat in the car for a moment; Shoto really had grown up. I looked in the direction of Aizawa's apartment and sighed.

I needed to grow up too.

I got out of my car, leaving my work stuff in the passenger seat. I still had my hero suit on as I walked straight to Aizawa's door. I looked in to see if Mic was home and he was; he would be the one to open the door like always. I knocked and sure enough there he was. He gave me a confused look when he opened the door, but I brushed it off as I stepped in pulling my mask down.

"Is Aizawa in his room?" I inquired gently, slipping my gloves and boots off to set them next to the wall.

Mic raised an eyebrow at me, "You didn't use your quirk to check?"

I shook my head, "He knows that if he were anywhere BUT his room right now, I'd kick his ass."

Mic snorted and jabbed his thumb in the direction of Aizawa's room, "He's in there."

"Thank you," I smiled.

I shuffled up to his door and knocked; his voice came muffled through the door, "Come in."

I opened the door, stepped in and shut it behind me, "Hey."

He turned towards me with surprise. He had removed a lot of the outside bandaging so his hands were free, and I could actually see his face, "Hey, what are you doing here?"

I shrugged and waddled over, "I thought I'd just visit," I sat on his bed and laid out like I was on a therapy couch, "You take all of the bandages off yourself?"

"No," he turned back to his computer, "Mic helped a little."

"You're healing well," I reached over and ran my thumb across his healed stitches.

He turned his head towards me and smiled, "I went to see Recovery Girl after the festival today and she told me I don't have to wear the bandages anymore. She healed me a little more so I can use my hands now," he sighed and leaned into my hand, "I'm really behind on grading."

I smiled quietly as he spoke, enjoying his voice, "I'm glad you're free, for your sanity's sake."

He rolled his eyes at me, "Yeah," he looked down at me with soft eyes, his smile widening, "So, how about that date?"

I felt my face burn as I tried to hide behind my hair, "W-well, when do you want to go? This up coming weekend?"

He reached over and pushed my bangs out of my face, his hand brushing against my cheek, "That's fine with me."

I looked into his eyes, "D-does that mean we're dating now?"

He laughed, his eyes never changing, "Yes, it does."
