"Hello listeners!" Mic exclaimed giddily as the 'live' light turned on, "Welcome back! Today we have a very special requested guest: Akahana Hotaru aka Voodoo Doll." He pressed a sound button that mimicked applause, and I put a hand over my mouth trying not to giggle, "How are you today Miss Akahana?"

I smiled sheepishly, the nerves making me self conscious, "I'm doing great."

"That's wonderful," he smiled, winking at me, "So, after last week's special guest, listeners from Tokyo got all riled up and requested you be on the show. We are honored to have you here."

"Well, I couldn't say no to an offer like this," I gave him a look as I laughed.

"So," Mic changed subject, "you recently joined me in working at U.A., how has the experience been so far in your eyes?"

"Well," I paused in thought, "It's been great so far, despite the U.S.J. Attack. I've had the joy of helping students and teachers recover. Seeing all of the students remind me of when I was their age."

"Oh yeah, it wasn't long ago that you were in my English class. Five years ago right?" He leaned forward in his seat.

I nodded and laughed, "Yeah, my senior year at U.A. when you first started teaching."

"That was a fun time. You haven't changed much I don't think," he smiled fondly.

I nodded, "I like to think I've stayed pretty down to earth."

"I agree," he laughed, "so how was your college experience?"

"It was good! I learned a lot of medical stuff my dad never talked about and saved a lot of lives while in Tokyo." I fiddled with my hair as I spoke, my hands itching to do something.

"That's right you were a part time hero there correct?"

"I would say I was practically full-time from how often a villain would try and cause chaos between classes." I chuckled, leaning forward to match Mic's position.

"I bet that was stressful," he sighed, scratching the back of his neck, "I remember how hard that stuff was when I first started out."

"Yea," I nodded.

"Speaking of," he fiddled with his headphones, "Do you remember prom night?"

I was taken aback by the question and I raised my eyebrow at him skeptically, "Yeah? It's kind of hard not to."

He nodded, "Well I remember a certain someone being able to sing during the karaoke part of the night."

I drooped and gave him a look, "Please tell me that's not another reason you asked me to come on here, Mic. You know how I am." I focused on where Aizawa was on the other side of the glass and he shrugged.

"No, no, I actually just remembered it," He raised his hands defensively, "I was thinking you could sing us a song or something if you were up for it."

I looked back at Aizawa again and he shrugged once more. I gave him a half hearted glare before continuing, "I mean I can, it's just a surprise is all. What would I even sing?"

Mic smiled excitedly, "I don't typically hinder artists' visions so you could sing anything."

"How about we take suggestions from callers?" I inquired anxiously.

"That's a great idea!" Mic nervously beamed, "We'll go on a small break while we get some calls in. Here's Wolves by Selena Gomez."

The 'Live' light turned off as the song started, and I looked at Mic as I calmly leaned back in my seat, lifting my hands into the air, "Dude, what the fuck?"

He gave me an apologetic look, "I'm sorry, but do you know how hard it is to get singers on here? I didn't originally ask because of that, but it was a good idea on the spot."

I pressed my lips together tightly and tried not to roll my eyes, "It's ok, I'm not extremely bothered by it, I just don't like being put on the spot."

He nodded apologetically, fiddling with his messy bun, "I really am sorry."

The crew got us some water and Aizawa joined us in the room. He said he wanted to stay in there just incase, and that he'd be quiet. Mic let it slide and we got got prepared to answer calls, "Hello, and we are back! Here is the first caller; what's your name?"

The voice on the other end was timid and careful, "Hello, I'm Karada Enso."

I lit up like a Christmas tree hearing the name, "Karada? Oh my god I haven't heard that name since graduation. How are you?"

I heard a soft chuckle from the other end, "I've been well. I see you're doing well too."

"Yea," I giggled, "I'd say so."

"I was listening to the show on my way home from work, and when I heard that you were taking suggestions I had to call," he laughed.

"Well what's your suggestion?" I inquired, leaning forward to get closer to the phone; a permanent smile on my face.

"Well I don't know if your voice has changed much since then, but I think Breathin' by Ariana Grande is your style."

I hummed and nodded, "I know that song well enough."

"That's a great suggestion, Karada!" Mic exclaimed smiling.

"Thank you for your suggestion, I'll make sure to get in touch with you later ok?" I stated happily.

"Yes ma'am. Excited to hear you sing again."

The call ended and Mic looked at me, "Would you like to take one more call before you start singing?"

"Sure," I shrugged, "wouldn't hurt to take one more suggestion."

While Mic was looking through the call list I felt Aizawa's good hand grab mine and squeeze it. I looked over to see him eyeing me, not in a suspicious way; he just seemed to be taking my appearance in. I blushed softly and smiled at him, giving his hand a gentle squeeze.

"Alright caller number 2 you are on!" Mic stated happily.

"Hi, I would like to stay anonymous," the caller stated.

"That's fine," Mic replied.

"Alright," the caller paused, "Ms. Akahana, you saved me a few years ago and I just want to thank you for everything. My suggestion is a song that relates closely to my situation."

I furrowed my eyebrows as I listened, "Oh," I couldn't think of who it was, "Alright. What's the song?"

"The Principle by Melanie Martinez." He stated.

My eyebrows raised as the line went dead and everyone in the room exchanged glances, "Alright," Mic laughed in confusion, "Well now that we've gotten some suggestions we can start the music. Did you make your decision, Akahana?"
