Chapter 12

I was actually outside of my mate's house, waiting.

Magfu-full moon ngayon kaya umaasa akong ngayong gabi magaganap ang pag-babagong anyo niya.

Because of her scent there is no doubt she's one of us, but still different. I could tell by her scent that she isn't just a regular late shifter, there is something more special about her that I couldn't tell.

Gusto ko sa oras na lumabas na ang kaniyang lobo ay naroon ako. I don't want her to hate our kind. And I don't want her to be alone and confused as hell.

I looked at my watch to know what time is it.

7:50 pm

Masyado pang maaga kaya napagdesisyonan kong pumunta sa isang talon sa loob ng kagubatan. And also it's been a long time since I let Raven run into the woods.

I've been running for hours now, so when Raven and I felt tired we decided to went inside the cave, behind the dropping waters of the falls. I suddenly felt sleepy, so I did close my eyes and let myself be taken to dreamland, not even bothering to transformed back to human.

I was only awakened by a sound of someone who's been running so far, I could still hear it even the water's splashing sound is too loud.

And then a voice of a women screaming in pain filled the forest. Kaagad akong lumabas mula sa kweba. Nang nasa labas na ako ng kweba bigla kong naamoy ang aking mate.

Hinanap ng aking paningin kung nasaan siya.

Nakita ko siyang napaluhod at ang tunog ng kaniyang mga buto. Lumaki ang kaniyang katawan, humaba ang kaniyang nguso at napuno ng kulay puting mga balahibo Ang kaniyang katawan.

As the transformation finally completed, she exhaustedly dropped herself on the ground. Napalingon ito sa malapit na ilog at sa isang kisap-mata ay nandoon na siya.  Uhaw na uhaw siyang uminom ng tubig mula sa ilog na parang ngayon lamang siya nakatikim niyon.

When she finally stopped drinking, she looked herself in the river horrified. I smelled her tears and it pained me.

When I heard her sob, I immediately jumped behind the rocks, and I bet she heard me, so I howled.

I came out from the shadow. Mukhang mas nagulat pa siya ng makita ako dahil bigla siyang naging estatwa habang nakatingin sa akin.

Gusto kong sabihin na h'wag niya akong katakutan pero hindi ko siya makausap gamit ang mindlink dahil hindi pa siya kasali sa pack ko at hindi pa namin nakokompleto ang mating process. Kaya wala akong choice kundi kausapin siya habang nasa anyong tao.

I was about to transformed myself back to human when Raven jumped and straddled our mate.

Of course, being a lovesick wolf and seeing his mate for the first time, he did the usual thing a wolf would do to his mate.

He licked our mate's face, in human form it is equivalent for kissing.

As he stopped licking her face, we met our mate's eyes. It's different from us, basically werewolf have a golden yellow eyes but hers, it's blue. Way too different.

She was still stunned, but I could feel that her heart returned to its normal pace.

I somehow knew she's relaxed now.

Naglakad ako palayo sa kaniya. Habang nakatingin ako sa kaniya ay rinig ko na ang ingay na parang binabali sa aking katawan hanggang sa tuluyan na akong nasa anyong tao.

We can't communicate if both of us are in wolf form, so I transformed myself back to human. Iyon sana ang gagawin ko kanina kung hindi lang tumalon si Raven.
