Chapter 11- Restoring Order

The Military and CEDA has given up on the world now filled with infected. I didn't expect this to go this far. I always asked myself who were the bigger monster's: humans or the actual monsters.
The only way I could figure killing all the birds that were killing everyone was to use my flames to purify the air. Best idea I had.
However, I would have to do it in one go, meaning I would have to use a pretty powerful spell. With the help of Aiko, I released a large wave of flames. I closed my eyes and focused, tuning into the actual wave so I could control it, and wiped the planet clean of everything negative.
I collapsed, Aiko catching me.
" I'm alright, I just need a few minutes." I said as I closed my eyes, regaining my energy slowly.
The aftermath was swifter than expected. With the help of every leader of every nation, rebuilding began, and so did the life sentencings of major military members that turned tail and ran.
I had Mayuri Kurotsuchi research the blood of the immune and he came up with a cure, just in case this ever happened again.
Everything was finally normal. No evil to threaten us, but I was given orders to start up an Academy that would teach people how to defend themselves against the supernatural when the peace is no longer around.
I agreed. This was a good thing. Hunters would be paid to teach people how to defend themselves.
I just wish it would have been this way to begin with.
