Chapter 5- Day of the Monsters

I arrived back home. It felt different. I guess it was because I was a different person. Or was it the fact that this would be the last normal day for everyone on the planet?

A portal to another part of Limbo would be opening under New York tomorow, and I was not one who had to take care of everything, considering I am the next head of the Underworld.

Am going to be terribly warn out after this, but I have to do what I have to do for my people.

If I can even call them that.

On the chosen day, I teleported to New York and watched it unravel. Deamon's of all kinds spilled out of control, and I took care of it. Surprisingly, it didn't take much effort to fill the people and the creatures in on everything that was going on and what would have to happen.

Look's like I'm the new spokesperson for monster and hunter kind.

Boy, everyone back home is going to be so excited about this.

First thing was first, housing. While construction workers worked on expansion a tad, I answered questions, and soon was on live tv, providing shelter for everyone from the current thunderstorm.

For all of this, I was sitting on top of a taxi. However, the taxi driver didn't mind at all. Once everyone was settled in, I met with everyone that was in a seat of power to straiten everything out and returned home to a " Well Done" party.

" Seriously guys? There was nothing to it." I told them, flopping into my sofa, exhaling.

" Nothing?" Yuki asked. " You prevented a war and ripped the Hunter bandaid right off."

" I still can't believe you lied to us. You could have just said you grew up." Kaito pointed out.

" I did that to protect you, idiots. Can't you see that?"

" Yes," Zero said. " But your boyfriend over here decided to drive us nuts about it so you owe us."

" Sound's fair. What do you want?" I asked as Kaito tried to tackle Zero.

" To help you do this." Iris said.

" Wish granted. Let's get started."
