I put on my brace knuckles and sent the infected flying into a street light. " Where the hell did these things come from? My watch says there's no spores anywhere near us."
" Spores?" Steven asked.
" This infection is based off of a real-life fungus. When this infected die and start decomposing, the fungus starts growing out from the said body, and then spores come out. That's the second way for you to get infected. If you breathe spores into your body."
" Clickers." I heard Zero say from across the street.
" Guessing that's the second stage?" Steven asked.
" Third actually."
" The island is now evacuated," Chain said, appearing on my right. " Some of them were scratch and bitten."

" We already have a vaccine, they will be fine." I said as I pressed the yellow button that was shaped like a needle.
" Send them to HellSalem's Lot Shelter?" The female voice asked.
I hit yes before I punched a Runner, my hand going straight through its skull.
" What did you say you were again?" Zapp asked me as he cut off a Clickers head.

" Werewolf." I said, putting my hands on my knee's. Why was I so tired all of a sudden?
I instantly vomited up blood. It wan't red either. It was black.
" The hell?" Zapp said, looking back at me.
Dizziness hit me like a brick and I fell to the cold ground.
" Tyler?" Steven asked as Zero's Bloody Rose went off, causing more screeching from Clickers.
" She bitch!" Zapp yelled. " Get him out of here!"
Chain picked me up and jumped into the air as an explosion filled the air.
She landed on a rooftop and put me down. She picked up my wrist and hit the medic button on it and Iris appeared.
" What the hell Ty?" She asked, looking at me.
" I think it's that medicine you gave me to take."
" Damn it. Guessing this is a member of Libra?"
" Chain." Chain said.
" Let get your ass home. See if Aiko can fix you up."
" Do you need help with him?" Chain asked.
" I got him, thanks. Which button is the teleport one?"
" Black one." I said, weakly.
She pressed it, then the female voice asked if both of us wanted to be transported home.
Iris hit " Yes" and we were transported to home.
" Woah." Iris said as I started to fall.
" I got you, bro," Enda said, helping me stand up straight then helped me up the stairs to my room. " Come on."
I sat down on my bed and Aiko rushed in. Then used her healing spell as Iris looked at the pills she told Aiko to give me.
" What the hell?" Iris said, looking at the black pills.
" They weren't that color this morning." Aiko said.
" Did someone switch them out?" Enda asked.
" Could have been. I would have sensed-"
I started coughing, and Enda hit my back, which dislodged something.
I spit it out, seeing that it was a black ball, that suddenly had eyes and a mouth full of fangs.
Before anything could happen, Enda smashed it with his foot, then the puddle of liquid turned into acid and started eating threw the floor.
" I-" I started then fell backward, blacking out. Good thing I was sitting on my bed.
