Chapter 1

Chapter 1- New Begining

( Kaito's P.O.V.) 

" Am I supposed to know you?" Ryla asked me, inside the Hunter's Association's questioning room. " Because trust me, I have never met you before."

I opened the door and closed it behind me, then turned the corner to find Enda, Master, and Zero. 

" She has no memories of me, probably no one else either." 

" This is insane," Enda said. " What kind of person could do this?" 

" She was getting samples of the cordyceps infection, likely to take it back with her to where ever the hell she has been." 

" She's not to be let out until she tells us everything," Master told us. " Zero, I need you to go to the Kuran Estate and rescue Yuki Kuran." 

" Yes, Master." 

I looked through the small, slim window and saw Ryla looking out the window, intensely looking at something, then the air filled with screams and Ryla vanished. 

I darted downstairs and outside to find Ryla fighting off some sort of massive creature with her bare hands. 

" You just going to stand there hunter?" She asked." Help the girl you useless shit!" 

I looked to see a teenage girl, sitting on the ground watching Ryla rip apart the monster piece by piece. The girl was in shock and I managed to get her out of the way. 

Ryla managed to kill the thing and set it on fire. 

She healed faster than ever, and looked at me, and the rest of the hunters behind me, including Master and Zero.

" My Master says you are our allies now, so I suggest you stay on guard. These things will be popping up everywhere." 

" What were you doing with the infection?"

" It's our only hope of winning our war in Limbo and in Hell. You should be bethinking us. My name is Carver, and I look forward to working with you. I have to take my leave now. It was nice meeting you." 

" Ryla!" I shouted. 

 Then she disappeared.  

" You should be going Zero, it's getting late," Master told him. Kaito-" 

" I'm going to see Rin and Yukio," I said, walking down the rest of the stairs and started walking. " I'll be back in a few days." 

 " I'll go with him," Enda said. " Tyler said he will be here in a few minutes, don't leave without him." 

" Tell him to hurry up, I don't want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night." 

" Christ. What the hell is that?" Tyler asked, his eyes locked on the burning creatures corpse.

" We don't know, it just showed up," Enda said, passing him. " See yeah later." 

" Let's go." Zero said, Tyler following behind him.
