Seph was sure they'd been walking for for hours but everything on the way up looked the same.

There were no stand-out objects to mark how far they'd come or how far they had to go, just trees and clouds.

If she weren't so scared she would probably have been very agitated.

'Olympus' she thought to herself, 'he's taking us to Olympus,' Seph had always been interested in Greek Mythology so maybe he had said something else and she had just mentally auto-corrected it.

Seph sat quietly in her room, her eyes never leaving the page as she read it thoroughly.

A small chap at her bedroom door broke her focus for only a second to say 'come in' before she went back to reading.

Her mother opened the door with a small bowl in hand and a puzzled look on her face.

"What are you reading?" She asked with a small smile, sitting down next to Seph on the bed.

"The Gods of Mount Olympus." Seph replied, never looking away from the book.

"Why?" Her mother chuckled.

"Well, I saw the film the other day," she told her, finally meeting her eyes, "the one about Hercules and all the trouble in Greece."

Her mother shot her a cautious look and Seph rose up onto her knees.

"I was curious alright, just wanted to learn a bit more," she defended herself, "and it turns out that Hercules has this really wicked sister called Persephone right, and she's a Goddess of fertility, so she makes the trees and plants grow."

"Right." Her mother tried to hold her laugh in at how animated Seph was being.

"And the reason that nothing really grows in Autumn and Winter is that Persephone goes to the underworld to be with Hades," Seph told her mother matter-of-factly, "and when Persephone and her mother are separated the world can't flourish."

"And why is that exactly?" Her mother smiled.

"Well, if me and you got separated I wouldn't exactly be in the mood for gardening, would you?" Seph raised an eyebrow at her mother.

"I don't suppose so." She shook her head.

"Yeah, well, Persephone and her mum are really close, just like us." Seph confessed.

"Just like us." Her mother grinned and began to read the book with her.

*Present Day*

"Excuse me, Mr..." Ar began, clearly done with being wary, "sorry, what's your name?"

"Hercules," the God-like man replied, "I thought that once you reached the gates- actually, I will wait for Zeus, he should be able to tell you everything you need to know."

'Hercules? Zeus?' Seph thought, she had to be dreaming, Hercules was the gatekeeper of Olympus, and Zeus, well, that speaks for itself.

She had spent her entire life reading books on Greek mythology and the amazing tales of the Gods, she had to be dreaming if she had met one.

"Are you ready to rejoin Olympus?" Hercules asked them with a pearly white smile.

Before any of them could answer, a bright light shone on them, as if the sun it's self we're just metres away.

When she finally adjusted to the blinding light, Seph saw it.

A city that gleamed with nobility and superiority.
