Demeter had cooked the most wonderful breakfast Seph had ever seen the next next morning.
Pancakes and bacon and fruit she'd picked from the garden, she had never really been a morning eater but she forced herself just this once.
Her mum was always working, she never had time for things like that.
"Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" The worry was clear on Demeter's face.
"Really, I'll be fine," Seph patted her hand, "I'm just meeting up with everyone, if I need anything I'll- shout, I guess."
Demeter smiled fondly at her, bowing down to her need for independence.
"Okay, I'll see you later then?" Her voice was hopeful.
"Of course," Seph grinned, "this is my house isn't it?"
She gave her a quick hug and grabbed the backpack she'd filled when she woke up that morning.
Waving Demeter a quick goodbye, Seph headed down the path and through the hedges like she'd done the day before.
Olympus was a maze to her, one that she found familiar, but still she definitely needed the map Demeter had drawn up for her.
The city was beautiful, well at least what she saw of it on her way to 'Hestia's House', there were cars and shops and people walking their dogs.
It was so much like home and yet so different, the people were flawless and pavements gleamed, Seph couldn't quite process it all.
So she made her way to the cafe, smiling courteously and avoiding the long stares.
Seph let out a long breath at the sight of the others.
In her head she hadn't known them long but they were familiarity in a very strange, very new world.
"Finally." Ar scoffed from her seat, "did princess get enough beauty sleep?"
"Shut up, Slick." Seph laughed and flung her arms around Ar's shoulders. "Did you get that power shower."
"Yes," Ar clasped her hands behind Seph's back and the pair seemed to let out a sigh of relief. "I'm sand free and deep conditioned."
The two girls sat down next to each other, their chairs as close as possible whilst Lo and Harry chuckled lowly.
"So," Seph began, "does everyone know who they are, we know that Ryan is Orion, very creative, and Lena is Athena, anyone else?"
"Yeah, they weren't very creative with me," Ar huffed, "Ar Thomas, come on."
"Apparently I only matter in relation to her because mine didn't make any sense." Lo sulked with his arms crossed.
"Well, Artemis' brother is-."
"Apollo, I know, I get it." He whined and Seph chuckled.
"Hermes," Harry grinned, pointing at himself, "I'm the messenger."
"How can someone that can't even spell be the world's most famous postman?" Lo frowned, "how will he read the addresses?"
Ar slapped him upside the head and then leant on the table like nothing had happened.
"I'm Cupid, lads." Oscar said with a blank face, "I'm Cupid with a helmet."
"Eros, I take it." Seph laughed and he nodded. "Very impressive table we've got here."
Des grinned at her from across the table and she happily reciprocated.
"Alright, big man," Ar interrupted them, "who are you and lover boy here?"
