Why him? Why me?

Liam's POV

I couldn't stop pacing. The doctor wasn't telling us anything and I couldn't just sit here all day. I finally got up and walked over to the lady at the front desk typing away.
"How can I help you dear?" She asked smiling.
"I was wondering if there was any information on Vick- Veronica Payne?" I stuttered.
"Umm well the doctors are monitoring her right now. They should be out shortly."
I nodded a thank you before going back to the lads. A few moments later the color came out.
"Umm of there a family member of Veronica Payne?" The doctor asked.
I shot up and stood by him,"yes I'm her brother."
"Well Mr. Payne it seems she has broken her elbow but should recover shortly. It is not too bad thankfully but she won't be able to move around for quite a while. She should stay in bed for at least six weeks and check with a doctor if anything worsens or after the six weeks."
"Thank you doctor. May I go see her?" I asked.
"You may," he said in a deep voice before walking away.
I walked towards the lads and had told them everything. I left afterwards and entered her room.
"Looks like the hospital likes you," I joked.
"It's not funny Liam. I'm here way too often."
"I know. I haven't been very careful have I," I looked down feeling ashamed.
"Don't be your an amazing brother. I admit I didn't like you at first but you are different. Everyone is. I'm glad your my brother."
"So umm the doc said you can leave tonight if you want," I said changing the subject.
"Can't I leave now?"
"Nope the doctor still has to do some tests."
She nodded and got comfortable again. I slowly left the room and signed the papers to let her go. On the way home nobody said a word. The boys stared at Vicky while I drove. When we got into the house I helped her up to her room.
"I better call a girl to help you..." I trailed off.
I started laughing which hurt a lot. "Liam it's fine."
"No. I can call over Danielle."
"Who is Danielle?" She asked.
"I have been meaning to tell you. I have been seeing her for a while," I blushed.
"LIAM JAMES PAYNE are you blushing?" I laughed.
The boys ran into the room worried "we heard yelling," Harry said.
"Yeah cause I have a brother who blushes," I laughed. "Like rosy red full on blush!"
Everyone smiled and held j. Their laughs until they were out of the room.
"Anyways..." I said. "I can tell Danielle to help out. She is amazing you would like her."
"Alright. Why not."
I smiled and left the room.

Vicky's POV

My brother had a girlfriend? When did this happen?
"Liam!" I called.
He rushed in, "Are you okay?"
"Umm yeah. I was just wondering if you could pick up the rest f my things from my other house. I think I left my laptop and other stuff there."
"Umm yeah what's their address?" He asked.
"It's written on the back of my skateboard," I said.
"Which one?"
"The black penny board," I answered.
He came back moments later and said he would be back as soon as possible.
"Wait," I said stopping his from leaving the room.
"Yeah?"
"Can somebody stay with me?" I asked.
"I can!" Louis jumped.
I laughed and patted the side of the bed for him to come over.
"Alright you two have fun!" Liam said as he walked out.
"Does it hurt?" He asked out of no where.
"A lot. Especially when I laugh."
"Then stop laughing... Duh."
"Louis stop your killing me!" I laughed.
He calmed down and could tell how much pain I was in.
"Do you want to cry?"
"No I want to eat."
He rushed out of the room. I heard things being done downstairs and things falling. I ignored it going on netflix and flipping trough the different movies trying to figure out what to watch.
"Your sandwich m'lady," he said bedding down.
"Umm I can't exactly move."
"Why did they strap both of your arms?" He asked.
"I don't know," I shrugged.
He ended up feeding me my sandwich which was actually pretty good.
"What movie are you playing?" He asked.
"I don't know."
"Are you secretly in love with chick flicks," he joked.
"Hell no! Horror over romance any day!"
"What movie?" He laughed.
"I don't know what do you feel lien watching?" I asked Louis.
"How about titanic?" He suggested.
"Nah sounds weird."
"Sounds weird?" He asked puzzled but shocked.
"Why?" I asked.
"YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN IT?!" He shouted in a high pitched voice.
"No."
"How about mean girls?"
"No."
"The notebook?"
"Didn't pay attention remember we were talking."
"You are killing me. Have you seen twilight?"
"No"
"Good save your self. How about Harry potter!"
"Louis how dumb do you think I am. Of purse I have seen it! Doesn't it have like that dude who has like a lightning bolt scar with weird glasses. Oh and that creepy elf guy. Oh and that weird bald person with no nose!"
"I-I can't," he shook his head.
"What?"
"Harry potter is amazing and you are saying that Harry potter is that dude and the house elf is Dobby. And reside with no nose is voldemort! You need to watch then all now!" He commanded.
"Louis!"
"No. Missy you shall not speak until you have seen all of them."
Before I knew it we were having a Harry potter marathon and apparently I missed a lot.
"Louis," I moaned.
"What is it love," he said still looking at the screen.
He finally paused it and saw me staring at me.
"I'm tired."
"But you only finished one whole movie. There are seven more movies!"
"Please," I pouted.
"Maybe you can stay up just until the boys come back?"
"What's taking them so long? It's joy that far. I skateboarded here the first time."
He chuckled,"I remember that day."
"Yeah me two. That was the day I was knocked out from chasing you."
"Alright well I guess we can finish up later?"
I nodded and tried getting comfortable. Just as Louis was about to leave I motioned for him to stay. He agreed and got back in bed.
"Will you sing to me?" I murmured after we got comfortable.
"What song?" He asked.
"Umm how about rapgod?" I smirked.
"That ain't a song. That's rapping!" Louis laughed.
"But here goes: "look I didn't want to hurt your feelings, but I'm only going to get this one chance. Your just what the doctor ordered..."
"Louis stop!" I shook my head.
"What?"
"You should never rap in your life ever again. Leave it to eminem," I joked.
"Than what do you want to hear?"
"One thing. It's the only song by you guys I know."
He nodded and sang. I listened to every word he sang. I slowly fell asleep with my head on Louis's chest.

Liam's POV

We finally got home after picking up the rest of Vicky's stuff, getting Danielle, and getting some food. The house was dead silent and I wondered what was going on. I put the food on the island counter and headed upstairs. I walked into Vicky's room slowly to see Vicky asleep with Louis. As cute as it looked it was wrong. Nobody should e dating Vicky. The guys had came up behind me and looked.
"They are so cute!" Danielle squealed.
She took plenty of photos before kissing me on the cheek and heading into my room. I could see pain in Harry's eyes. And Zayn had tried not to show any emotion what was going on.

Zayn's POV & Harry's POV

Why? That should be me. I should e the one. Not Louis. Why. I have a girl friend what am I saying. What am I saying? Is Vicky the one I want to be with? Why is she so cute? I wish that was me instead of Louis. I can't be jealous. Can I?
