Katherine was wheeled down to the basement against her consent.

"Luther I swear to God if you drop me down these stairs-" Katherine threatened her brother as he pushed her wheelchair down the stairs gently.

"Calm down, Kat. I won't drop you." He said calmly, finally reaching the bottom of the stairs. "Just remember how much you love him." He whispered which confused Katherine until she laid eyes on Five, standing sheepishly beside the boiler.

"Pinche cabrón! You can be here now but not when I needed you?" She yelled which made Five flinch a little bit. His eyes were trained on the sight of her legs like deadweight in the wheelchair, unable to say anything in response.

Katherine felt self conscious under his stare and tugged on Luther's sleeve gently. Luther moved in front of his sister and motioned for Five to sit down. Five discreetly wiped his eyes as he sat down and cleared his throat.

Katherine crossed her arms and wheeled herself closer to Luther, ignoring Five's gaze. "So this apocalypse," Luther said trying to fill the awkward silence. "When's it supposed to happen?"

"I can't give to the exact hour, but from what I can gather we have four days left."

"What the fuck? Why didn't you say something sooner?" Katherine shot out, giving Five a harsh glare.

"It wouldn't have mattered." He defended and Luther was about to open his mouth but his sister cut him off. "You dumbass! Of course it would've! What the hell is wrong with you?" Katherine exclaimed loudly, her fuse beginning to run out.

"Yeah, we could've banded together and help you try to stop this thing." Luther reasoned, hoping that Katherine wouldn't pick a fight with Five like she always seemed to do when she was mad or upset.

"For the record, you already tried." Katherine seemed to settle down at Five's statement, looking to Luther in confusion.

"How do you mean?" Five was silent for a moment as he sniffed lightly.

"I found all of you," he looked at Katherine to see that she was already looking at him. "Your bodies." The girl felt the urge to grab Five's hand, but she swiftly pushed it away.

"We- we die?" She whispered to Five who looked deep in thought, no doubt replaying the sights in his head. "Horribly." He said finally.

Luther and Katherine exchanged glances of disbelief. Katherine couldn't even imagine it. She wasn't afraid of dying or even what she believed came after death, she was afraid of her siblings dying.
