It was an entire month after the whole parents meeting fiasco, the squad were doing their own things as per usual, Rosa was trying to get the internet to work so she could find the closest flower shop, whilst, Charles and Y/N had embraced the whole 'internet not working' thing and decided to play a game of cards, nearby, in the kitchen, Hitchcock and Scully were making their famous lasagna.

"So you guys are gonna tie up the only microwave for 20 minutes to make a frozen lasagna?" Jake strolled up to the two detectives. "Ballsy." He placed his hands on his hips.

"You ignorant loser," Hitchcock replied. "First of all, it's not just a frozen lasagna, it's a Mama Magglione's." He told with his hands as Jake's brows furrow together with confusion.

"Second of all, it's gonna take 21 1/2 minutes. The box says 20, but we know better than the box." Scully pointed to the packaging before turning back to the lasagna.

"You see, this microwave is a KitchenPro Max." Hitchcock placed his arm on the machine.

"Bit of a lightweight."

"It's only 1.2 kilowatts," Hitchcock explained.

"Fine for popcorn." Scully shrugged.

"But we're talking about a Mama Magglione's here. Takes a lot to get mama hot." Hitchcock mentioned with a smirk.

"She's a real size-queen." Scully plastered an innocent smile on his face as Hitchcock strolled over to the fridge.

"Well, that started out fun, and here we are at our normal ending place: disgusting." Jake reflected on his conversation as he folded his arms over his chest.

"Uh-oh." Hitchcock looked from the fridge to his helpers. "Guys! We have a major problem here. No garlic bread." He fanned his arms out as he rushed up to Scully.

"Okay, we need to stay calm. Let's think." Scully scratched his head in thought. "The garlic bread needs to go in the toaster oven with eight minutes left on the lasagna. Maybe we could run down to the corner store and make it in time." He suggested.

"That just gives us 12 minutes to go to a place and come back."

"Mama Magglione." Scully looked into the distance.

"We have to go now!" Hitchcock wailed at his friend before the two race off out of the bullpen in search of garlic bread.

"Okay, well, good luck with that, weirdos," Jake yelled after them before making his way over to Rosa who was having trouble with her computer.
