Chapter 9 - Blush

Audrianna's POV

Na-alimpungatan ako dahil sa ingay sa labas ng kwarto. Tingin ko nga nagu-usap usap ito tungkol kay Amethyst. I even heard Ace and Tito Chanyeol talking to a woman, probably a family friend.

"What happened to Amethyst? She's suicidal? There's a threat on her life? Chanyeol, ano?"

"I don't know. I was scared and panicky when I saw her situation earlier. I nearly faint. There's a threat in her life that we have to sent her back in Japan for the meantime."

They are planning on getting Amethyst out of this country today? That's fast.

"How about her studies, then? Titigil siya sa pag-aaral? You know that's impossible to do! Amethyst loves studying!"

"Jiana, calm down. She's not stopping. Amethyst will be homeschooled on their grandparents mansion. That's why I called you to fetch my daughter and use your private plane secretly. The media should not know anything about my daughter's departure!"

"Dad is right, though, Tita Jiana. What happened earlier was traumatic for us. She has no choice but to go back to our grandparents mansion."

"I guess, I have no choice too. This is for the sake of Amethyst. I will inform Tito and Tita about this, call them also."

"I also decided to keep Amethyst from public from now on. I cannot stand myself seeing my daughter with other issues. She's not yet ready for this! Tingin ko nahihirapan din siya sa sitwasyon namin,"

"I deleted all Amethyst's social media accounts, Tita Jiana. She needs to be fully healed. Babalik din siya dito kapag naka-recover na siya."

Ace opened the door of his room. Napa-pikit agad ako ng mata.

"Alright, I'll talk to her and make everything settled. I will try my best to keep her from the media." The woman said. "Ace, there's a girl in your room? Who's that? A girlfriend? Friend? Or worse, fling? Did you guys make out or you guys did 'it' already?" sunod-sunod na tanong nito. "Ace, your mother did not raised you like that! What is it, you drugged her?"

"Jiana! Jiana! Stop concluding things!" Tito Chanyeol said.

Ace chuckled. "Tita Jiana, you think so cheap and lowly of me. I don't touch girls without consent or even drug them." he said. "She's a friend and she helped us earlier. Crush ko din siya." he added.

"Crush? You admire the girl? What's her name? Ace, ano?" The woman asked.

"Audrianna." Ace said and closed the door of his room. I can still hear the woman's voice protesting but eventually it stopped.

Naramdaman ko ang pag-galaw ng kama dahil siguro sa paghiga ni Ace sa kama. We share the same comforter. Nakaharap ako sakanya at tingin ko nakaharap din siya saakin because I can sense his stares.

Inayos niya ang nakaharang kong buhok sa mukha at nilagay iyon sa likod ng tenga ko. He gently caress my cheek. "You look like a doll. Fair and beautiful." he said, softly. "No wonder.." I couldn't hear what he said next because I feel heavy and drifting to sleep.

Nagmamadali akong naglakad papunta sa classroom ko. Lunes ngayon at ngayon din ang simula ng hell week namin.

What happened last Saturday night was a blur. Nang magising ako kahapon ng umaga, nabalitaan ko nalang na umalis na si Amethyst papunta sa Japan kasama ang kanyang Tita Jiana at si Tita Sab. Pagkatapos 'non ay agad akong umalis kahit hindi nagpaalam kina Ace at Tito Chanyeol.
