Chapter 13 - Decision

Audrianna's POV

After Namsan, we both decided to go home. Bukod sa may klase pa bukas, I also have the practice for the competition next week. Hinayid ako ni Ace pauwi sa bahay since hindi ko nanaman dala ang sasakyan ko.

Nang makarating kami sa bahay, I offered him to go inside the house for a minute. To formally introduce him to my family as my suitor.

Nang makapasok kami sa bahay. I also saw my parents watching some rom-com movie na bida pa ata ang tatay ni Ace.

"Ma, Dad, I'm home.." I said, trying to get their attention.

Nilingon naman nila ako. They were surprised to see a man inside our house with me. They stood up and formally walk infront of us.

"Good evening, darling.." Mama said. He look at Ace then me. "But.. who's with you, Audri?"

"Mama, he's Ace Garette Park.. my suitor," I said and smiled.

Laglag panga akong tinignan ni Mama with her confused eyes. "Oh my God.." she whispered.

I rolled my eyes on her dramatic yet hysterical reaction. "Ace is the son of Chanyeol and Arachne Park, the model and the idol," I said.

Ace bowed a little and smiled. "Hello, Sir, Ma'am.. I'm Ace Garette Park," he said.

Dad clear his throat. "I trust you that you'll take care of my daughter. But then, Audrianna, are you really up to date a famous man like him?" he asked with furrowed eyebrows.

"Yes, Dad," I answered.

"Hindi po kayo mabibigo, Sir. I'll do my best to take care and protect Audrianna," Ace said.

"Just call us your Tito and Tita," Mama said. "I'm Catalina and here is my husband, Richard," She added and smiled. "Oh! And, she's Nana Felicia," sabay turo niya kay Nana Fely na todo maka-ngiti.

Ace smiled weakly. "Yes, Tita Catalina." he said. "It's nice to meet you po but then, I have to go.." he added.

"Oh, sure! We'll hope to see you next time, hijo.." Mama said. "Audrianna, sweetie, ihatid mo na si Ace sa gate. Mag-ingat ka, Ace." she added.

At gaya ng sabi ni Mama, inihatid ko si Ace sa gate namin and we bid goodbyes to each other. I closed our gate and went inside the house. I saw Mama's suspicious look at me.

"What?" I asked bit annoyed by her stares.

"Looks like I know the reason behind your blushing cheeks the other night.." Mama said and giggled.

Dad chuckled. "Oh, Catalina, you ain't letting it pass, don't you?" he said.

Ngumuso si Mama. "Richard, nahuli ko ang anak mo na kinikilig sa isang lalaki at sa text pa! Naku, marupok yang anak mo!" she whined.

Dad laugh at my mother's remarks. "Kanino pa ba magmamana? Hahahah," he said and he laugh again!

I rolled my eyes on them at umakyat nalang papunta sa kwarto ko habang rinig ko pa rin ang asaran nila. I put my bag on the sofa and went inside the bathroom to take a bath.

Pagkatapos kong maligo, umupo ako sa kama ko at sinandal ko ang likod ko sa headboard ng kama ko. I reached for my laptop and open it. I searched for the name Arachne Park. Yes, Ace's mother. I'm doing a research about her.

I clicked a link about Tita Arachne's infos from a famous fanbase. I scroll through it and read everything.

"Student Council President.. Science Quiz Bee winner.. College graduate.. Valedictorian on her elementary years.." I whispered to myself. "Most famous rookie model.. Most awarded artist for two whole years.. The model with a killing visual.." I added as I scroll through the link.
