Previously On Triplets Apart:
Jada ambushes Tyrell by breaking into his penthouse and assassinating him to get information on her biological parents from him. He knows everything but he gave her only one name, urging her to get the rest of the information on her own.***
Tyrell really thought I ambushed him without the proper knowledge of exactly what I'm doing? Then I guess you thought wrong big time. I am always one step ahead.
I was fully aware of the fact that a man like him would be highly secured. I knew that cameras would be somewhere in the hall way, and even if they didn't caught my face, they'd still caught me picking the lock.
I managed to access a full layout of the entire building and camera system, I had full knowledge of where all the cameras were located. Prior to entering the building, I hacked into the security system and disabled the cameras that are in the lobby, the hallway of Tyrell's floor and the ones in the elevator. Whoever watches the cameras will see "no signal" for a few minutes, they will only assume that something is wrong with the system so I expect them to sit and wait, no drastic measures would be required.
I used an application on my phone to corrupt the digital system of the elevator, causing a manual disturbance resulting in it to break down for a few seconds. The shake of the elevator, caused Tyrell to fall. I fell on him intentionally to disarm him, taking his gun without him even knowing.
After leaving the building, I enabled the cameras again by using the signal so I had to be near by to do it. All of these technical activities was done from one small, simple device I own called a phone.
The cameras will have no trace of me entering or leaving the building, even the one outside that could implicate my car. I had a blueprint laid out with every step of my plan.
And I am looking at a few years in prison if there should be any slip up. That's how big of a risk I took to find the truth.
According to the process in which the adoption was carried out, I knew it wasn't done legally. There wasn't any ties to the parents, an agent or even an agency, so I knew something wasn't right. It was extremely shady and very much illegal. Whoever did this was covering up something, something big. But what is it? Why can't he tell me who the father is? Who are these people? However, I couldn't approach Tyrell formally because I knew he would deny any involvement. I had to be persuasive. And speaking of illegal activities, I committed about 8 felonies in one night; against a damn criminal lawyer! I cannot stress that enough! That has got to be the number 1 most dangerous, craziest thing I've ever done! I never had a bucket list, but if I did, this would be at the top!
As I wipe away a cold sweat that runs from my forehead, I cruise in on campus and park my luxurious moving machine. I sit here for a few minutes. Dropping my head back on the seat, I take a moment to gather some form of sane relaxation. I exhale a few breaths that's been hitched in my throat, in disbelief to what I actually compelled myself into doing. I was so nervous the entire time if I should admit.
I chuckle silently, I might just be crazy.
I'm happy and relieved I did it and got it out the way because I'm one more step closer to finding the people who gave me life and untangling the knots of this entire theory as to why they're absent, almost without a trace. The feeling of being unwanted is daunting and I try hard to focus on the part where it might be one big misunderstanding that happened in the pass.
With an exasperated sigh, I get out of my car and jog towards my room, taking the stairs by two. I find that the place is empty; well, music to my ears. I unclip my chest bag and toss it aside on my bed then remove my hat and shoes, consciously fainting backwards in my bed with my hands apart. I stare in the ceiling for a while.
