The Phenex

Well, this is intriguing. I walk into the ORC for the weekly share of info with me and Rias when I see a maid and a guy in a red jacket with a group of girls behind him. "Rias, is this a bad time." I say making my presence known. "What is an insolent human doing in the presence of the The Mighty Riser Phenex." The man practically demands from me and I sigh and look at Rias. "Look I'll leave my groups findings on your desk and we'll continue this at a later date." I say ignoring him and hand Rias the results.

I go to walk out the door when Riser throws a fireball at me. I summon Oathkeeper and block the incoming strike. "Is that it, seems weak to me." I mock him and Riser begins to glow red. "Mira, kill him" he yells and a girl with blue hair charges me with a wooden pole. "DEFEND!" I declare and a protective barrier surrounds me and stops the pole. The barrier expands damaging her and I launch her into the air and spike her down with Oathkeeper. I look back at him and smile. "Who's next." I say.

"That is enough." The maid says in a way which scared Riser but I shrugged it off. 'Xemnas is way more imposing'. She looks at me and glares but I still look unaffected. "Anyway, i must be off, got a faction to run, We'll talk later Rias." I say and Riser again tries to stop me. "Hah, you leading a faction. Riser's peerage could annihilate you and anyone you bring" he says and I smirk. "If you're so sure, why don't we make it official." I say knowing he will accept.

"Very well, We shall have a Rating game if you are so mighty." Riser says and I nod to the maid and she teleports out. "Be prepared to lose." He says in a demanding voice only to be frozen solid courtesy of Aqua. "Sorry, I just couldn't stand his voice" she says and everyone but his peerage nods in an understanding way. Then the maid reappears and sees the idiot frozen solid. "The rating game shall be in 3 days." She days and teleports herself, Riser and his peerage back to the Underworld.

A/N sorry for the incredibly short chapter and the long upload time, couldn't think of a way to continue the chapter. Also, I'm thinking of continuing My Demons Are Worse. I realised I probably could do it better now that I cleared my head and am now on break. Anyway PEACE
