A few days went on and no Heartless have been spotted, but I take it up to Huntsman thinking it was just Grimm or any that found one died shortly after. Ruby and I are sitting in my room as we share notes on Oobleck's lecture as no one in their right mind can keep with his motormouth, and I can fluently understand Ruby's babble mode.
"Ok, I get this but he said that the war ended by unnatural forces." Ruby says as I look through my notes wi5h a raised eyebrow. "You sure, I'm pretty sure he said that a Dark Entity intervened... and..." I say trailing off as I look at my notes. "Hey, Ruby can I look at your notes" I ask and she gives me her book. I pull out a notepad and look through both books noticing a pattern. Along the lines some words are highlighted and some are bold. "Ruby, did you mark some of your words for a reason." I point out and she looks over my shoulder. "No... I didn't" she replies as I finish noting the words down. "They read something." I say as I put the words into a readable sentence. "Heed the Woman in the Black Coat, her golden eyes show false anger. A Dark Force is upon us." I read out loud and Ruby looks at me.
I put the paper in my pocket and we leave the room. "Woman in black coat, Dark Force, false anger. What do3s that mean?" She asks and I shrug. "No clue" I say and we enter the Grey Area to see Umbra looking out at Kingdom Hearts. "Umbra, whatcha doing" Ruby call out making Umbra tense a moment. "Oh, Nothing. Hey Master" she says but she sounds more mature than before. "Where are the others. I thought we were all going to the library about now" Ruby a,s and Umbra sigh. "They got called to do something by Ozpin, why they left us 3 I don't know." Umbra says and she sits down on one of the couches. Me and Ruby follow suit and join her. A moment of silence passes and I see Ruby fidgeting.
Deciding enough is enough I break the silence. "Not to sound rude or judgmental, but you've been out and about lot more than usual. Normally it's for an hour than you go back into my shadow."I say and Umbra rubs the back of her head. "Well I though new world, new Umbra. Decided not to stay in your shadow any more Rox-Master" she says correcting herself. "Look if you want you can call me Roxas not to sound weird" I say with a slight chuckle and she smiles.
Ruby looks at that smile and her eyes widen a bit. "Hey Ruby, you okay" I ask and she shakes her head. "It's fine, it's just that my mom used to smile like that before." Ruby says becoming a little downtrodden. "'Used to' what made her stop?" I ask and she looks down at her feet. "Oh...sorry for asking" I say realising what happened. Umbra then stands up and brings her into a hug. "Look Ruby, even if she's not here to see you. She's still with you right here" Umbra says in a caring tone as she points to Ruby's heart. I put a hand on her shoulder. "I bet she's looking at you right now proud of you" Umbra continues and Ruby just starts to cry as the embrace deepens. I hold her by the back and help comfort her. "We're here for you. All of us." I say and we stay in the hug for a good minute.
When we separate Ruby wipes her eyes and stands. "Hey, can we go see her" she asks and I nod. "Alright, just think of where we are going." I say and hold my hand out while the other hold's Ruby. A Dark Corridor opens and I give Ruby her coat. She puts it on and we all walk through. In the other side is a cliff overlooking the sunset. At the end of the cliff is a headstone. Walking up to it we get a clear look at it's text.
