Luke and Annabeth quickly turned around when they heard Perseus' voice. Grover just paled at his tone.

The couple found Perseus standing against one of the pillars, standing in the shadows to the point what the only thing that could be seen of him where his glowing eyes. He stepped out of the shadows to reveal that he had taken his leather jacket off and both demigods stared when they saw his scar covered arms. They where worse than a normal demigods arms.

"I could care less about those who stand in my way. I have lived on the streets of this country for six years. In that time frame I joined two gangs and killed both gangs because I got tired of them. There was one thing that kept me alive during that time. I. Never. Stopped. Moving." With that Perseus stepped back into the shadows and disappeared.

Annabeth sat still at the table, trying to process what he had said. Finally she spoke.

"What happened to him?"

Grover just looked at the now cold plates of enchiladas and salt water taffy wrappers. "I don't know. I don't know." He whispers softly.

Perseus got up from the spot next to the hearth. For some reason he couldn't explain he had felt drawn there. He looked back at it before shrugging and walking through the camp. He noticed  loud noises coming from the pavilion and that, along with the lack of campers nearby, lead him to believe that they where all there.

He smirked, thinking about some of their reactions to him.

He walked in and conversation started dying as soon as the demigods noticed that he was there. He felt all of their eyes on him as he walked towards the Poseidon table and sat down. He smiled at the nymph that brought him some waffles and started eating.

He turned around and looked at the campers. "Well? I'm not a zoo animal, you can stop staring." As soon as he said that all the campers turned back to their meals and continued their conversations- no doubt about him- in hushed whispers.

Perseus looked up at the head table where Chiron was looking at him curiously, no doubt hearing about last night and Mr. D was rubbing his temples. Perseus just smirked and went back to his waffles.

Perseus walked up to the porch of the Big House where Chiron and Mr. D where playing cards. "Ah, Perseus, I was just about to have someone go get you. We weren't able to talk after breakfast." Chiron said.

"I know." Perseus smirked at the centaur and turned towards the god of wine. "So I hear that your the one in charge here no matter how much more work the son of Kronos does."

Mr. D looked looked at Perseus while Chiron's eyes where as wide as saucers. "How'd you know?" Chiron asked slightly worried. After all it wouldn't be the first time a camper has judged him based on his parentage. "The snakes told me." Was all Perseus said. He didn't even look away from Dionysus.

Chiron confused, took a closer look at the supposed son of Poseidon. He had never heard of Poseidon's kids talking to snakes, unless they where water snakes, but something about the demigod in front of him made his instincts scream danger.

Perseus looked over his shoulder, the iris' of his eye moving like the sea "Don't worry old man. I don't hate you for who your father is. Your parentage doesn't make you who you are. After all mines a serial rapist, you think I'm going to let that define me?"

Chiron, now confused about this child but also reassured that he harbored no ill will to him, watched the staring match between the son of the sea and the god of insanity. It wasn't long before Mr. D snapped.
