Laya

Laya wasn't mad, no, she was livid.

Who did this woman think she was? Asking to speak to Alessando alone?  She tapped her foot clearly irritated while Elliot stood in front of her, ear to the door trying to hear what they were saying.
"I can't hear shit!" He snapped stomping back to her quickly.
She huffed, "I do not like her." She muttered.
Elliot scoffed, "When is he even going to c—"

Alessando had stepped out into the corridor and Laya had looked at him expectantly, "What did she want?"
Alessando sighed, "Nothing important."
Laya saw Elliot rolled his eyes, "Bullshit."
"She likes you."
"And we don't like her." They chorused.
This caused Alessando to crack a smile, "Noted."
"But in truth, she did admit her feelings for—"

"That conniving little—"
"Elliot!" Laya snapped punching him slightly before they returned their attention to Alessando who was shaking his head slightly.
"— but I informed her I wasn't interested and that you two were enough."
"Mhmm." Laya hummed quietly.
"Good. Can we go now?" Elliot asked, "I don't want to be near her."
The abrupt change of conversation made Alessando chuckled, "Yes. We can leave."

Laya lay her head on Elliot's lap in the living room while they watched John Wick. The pair had been alone for at least an hour while Alessando and his brothers attending to their business. Laya looked up at Elliot, her hand reaching up to caress his cheek.
"I'm really glad I found you." She mumbled softly.
This caused Elliot to look down at her, his blue eyes softening.
"Me too."

Laya sat up quickly, pursing her lips, "I want to kiss you."
Elliot's eyes seemed to widen, "Can I?" She asked quietly.
Elliot nodded sheepishly before Laya leaned in and their lips touched, softly. The gentleness of their caress making her swoon as he swept his tongue over her lips and Laya let out a sultry moan before leaning back a little to take a breath. There was a sweetness about Elliot that balanced out Alessando and made her very grateful for the both of them.

"When do you think Alessando will be back?" Elliot asked soon after.
"I don't know, hopefully soon." She shrugged.
She didn't like to admit it but whenever he'd leave with his gun strapped to his belt she got a sickening feeling in her stomach that worried her too much. Alessando worried her too much. She knew Elliot worried too because whenever Alessando was gone he'd get snappy and sulk around although she knew he'd always come back, it still scared her.

Laya leaned forward and pressed a kiss to his lips again quickly, "I'm hungry. Let's get food."
She grabbed his hand and led him into the kitchen where Greece stood behind the stove. Laya saw a Elliot furrow his eyebrows, "What are you doing?" He asked quickly.
"Why are you standing?" Laya spoke up.
Greece swiveled her heel slowly to face them, "I'm cooking." She deadpanned.

"No you're not." Dallas spoke as she entered the kitchen.
"We'll make dinner."
Greece rolled her eyes, "Why does everyone treat me like...... Oh,"
Laya whipped her head around to face her at her sudden exclamation.
"it's because you're pregnan—" Elliot stopped talking when he realized the water that just splattered onto the floor.

"Is that......"
"Dallas!" They all chorused.
"Her water broke!" Laya exclaimed growing excited.
"I can see that guys!" She hurried over to Greece and helped her walk a bit, "We're going to need to go the hospital."
"Have one of the men round a car," Dallas said as Elliot raced off shouting profanities.
"I'll call Allegro." Laya offered running for her phone.

The SUV was brought around two minutes later and they all quickly entered the vehicle as it shot off down the street. Laya held the phone to her ear when Allegro finally picked up, "Laya?" He said a little weary.
"What's happened? Is everything okay?"
"Laya's calling you...." she heard Alessando in the background.
"Yes. We're fine but we're on the way to the hospital."
"Greece's water broke."

There was silence before Allegro cursed aloud, "We're on our way. Let me talk to Greece."
Laya handed the phone to her while she sat back next to Elliot who's leg was jumping up and down.
"Nervous?" She asked quietly.
He smiled, "Yeah. Is it weird? I mean we've only known them for such a short time and already they feel like— like..."
"Family." Laya finished his sentence understanding.

He nodded before lacing their fingers together. Laya looked at Elliot quietly, she knew the boy had been through a lot in the years at the orphanage after his families death and even to to this day, he'd never talked about his family but Laya wasn't going to push it, she barely spoke about hers but she knew the time for that conversation was soon approaching.

They pulled up in front of the emergency room and they all watched as Greece was wheezing and groaning. Her hand squeezing both Laya's and Dallas' as she was loaded into a stretcher.
"Where's Allegro!"
"He's coming, he'll be there soon!" Laya said quickly right as the doctor led Greece into a room.
"Did they say how long they were going to be?" Dallas asked.

Laya shook her head as they sat in the waiting area when suddenly Laya recognized Italian curse words as four men burst through the doors and Dallas quickly directed Allegro to the room Greece was in.
Laya smiled when Alessando approached them, grabbing both their hands and squeezing it gently.
"You both doing alright?" He asked.
"Yeah," Laya answered, "Just excited!"
Alessando smiled, "Me too."

Without realizing it, Laya had fallen asleep with her shoulder on Alessando's and she popped her eyes open when he gently shook her.
"What's happened? Has she had the baby?" She heard Elliot ask from the other side.
Laya saw Alessando nod as Allegro stepped into the waiting area with a smile on his lips.
"Is it a boy or a girl!" Laya asked quickly.
"It's a......"
