Elliot

"It's a boy." Allegro exclaimed loudly.

Elliot chuckled when Laya squealed, congratulating Allegro before he ushering everyone forward into the hospital room. Elliot observed Greece propped up on the bed holding a little person in her arms. A little person with the same blonde hair as her own. Laya and Dallas stood at the edge of the bed, talking quietly to Greece and Elliot stood off to the side, close to Alessando who was with his brothers talking in a square.

Elliot pursed his lips, where'd he fit in now? Where was his place? His idleness didn't go unnoticed by Alessando who beckoned him over. Slowly, he walked towards him and looked around at his brothers nervously as they too watched him approach. Alessando slung a protective arm around his shoulder and cuddled him into his body. He didn't mind the embrace, in fact, he relished in it.

He looked up at Allegro and smiled gently, "Congratulations."
Allegro nodded smiling, "Thank you, fratello." (brother)
Elliot gave Alessando a weird look asking him to translate what that meant but Alessando seemed just as shocked.
"Intendevi quello?" Alessando asked.
(Did you mean that?)
"Sí, loro sono la mia famiglia" Allegro smiled.
(Yes, they are my family)

Elliot gulped a bit nervous now, "What did he say?"
Alessando kissed his forehead, "He called you brother."
Elliot's eyes widened, realizing what that meant, he grinned before receiving small smile from Arturo and a brief nod from Alejandro who Elliot knew still had to warm up to him and Laya. Elliot watched Alejandro walk away and he titled his head in understanding, "Someone hurt him? Didn't they?"

His question caused Alessando to look down at him, "Who?"
"Alejandro, there has to be a reason he's...." he trailed off when Alessando sighed.
"We don't talk about it."
Elliot nodded, "But I will say this." Alessando began, "He's the reason the rule on the compound was made."
Elliot's forehead creased, "The rule about no one other than family and your employees allowed inside?"
Alessando nodded, "So he's the reason Allegro made the rule?....." Elliot began.
Alessando shook his head, "Allegro didn't make the rule, Alejandro did."

Elliot was left without any questions after that but understood enough. Soon both him and Alessando joined everyone around the bed when Dallas finally popped the question, "So have you decided on his name?"
Greece smiled, kissing her newborn's cheek,
"Adriano-Brio"
Everyone cooed lovingly as they sat around the room, smiling and joking around. In the weeks since Elliot's been there, he'd never seen all of them so carefree, ever.

Alejandro was speaking quietly to Greece who was smiling at him, he looked over at Allegro and Dallas who were laughing quietly together close to Greece's other side and Elliot's eyes landed finally on his two favorite people who were talking to Arturo, Laya had said something apparently funny that had Arturo doubling over and Alessando kissing her forehead. Elliot's mind suddenly wondered to the future, when maybe, maybe one day Laya would be in Greece's place with Alessando's baby in her stomach and he suddenly felt elated at the thought but then frowned.

Would he still be in the picture? When the time came what would happen? He was no woman and he knew he couldn't give birth and that child would already have two loving parents but where would he be?
Would they consider him a father too? Would they leave him out? Elliot ran his fingertips through his blonde curls and took a deep breath, his mind running through the millions of possibilities. All his fears he'd kept hidden for the most part seeping through, would they leave him?

He shakily excused himself from the room and walked towards the nearest exit. The night was cool and calm and just what he needed to clear his head before he went back in there. He leaned against the railing and sighed staring up at the navy blue sky littered with stars. He heard the door open and close and two sets of footsteps approaching. He felt Alessando on his left and Laya on his right. No one said anything as they stood in silence before Elliot broke it.

"I'm fine." He muttered, nodding meekly.
Alessando shifted closer to him, "Tell us what's on your mind?"
"It's nothing..." he began, "Really."
Laya lifted an eyebrow, "We're here to listen Elliot."
"And soothe all your worries."
Elliot opened and then closed his mouth, he didn't know where to begin or how to tell them what he was feeling.

"I'm not a girl." He said underneath his breath.
Alessando pursed his lips, "I think we're well aware."
Elliot narrowed his eyes at him, "I can't get pregnant like Laya can."
He began slowly, softly telling them what was going on his mind and quietly they listened to him. Listening to him talk too much for his liking but he needed to get everything out.

"Do I know not show you that I like both of you equally?" Alessando asked.
Elliot nodded, he did.
"Do my actions not make you realize how much you both mean to me?" He continued.
"When the time comes for us to start a family, we will all be parents to the child. A child who will be lucky enough to have two fathers."
"We'll never leave you out Elliot." Laya said reassuringly.

Elliot nodded before his chin was tilted up by Alessando who was peering down at him with a tender look to his features. Before Elliot knew what was happening Alessando's lips were on his and he almost mewled at the contact. The kiss was different to the one he'd experienced with Laya but just as electric. Laya's kiss was soft, gentle but Alessando took immediate control, dominating his mouth mercilessly and Elliot connected his hand with his neck, standing on his toes to properly kiss the man.

He leaned back and rested his forehead to his chest, to catch his breath "Now I feel left out." Laya spoke up playfully.
Elliot chuckled before Alessando brought her closer to the two of them, he watched as Alessando pecked Laya's lips before she pecked his own as well. Elliot was content and couldn't stop smiling when she sandwiched him in a hug. He knew then and there that he was falling in love with them and right now it didn't seem too scary.
