I leap into the portal of Sovngarde, swirling and falling into the realm of dead Nords. According to lore, this is where her soul would go of she died, her being Dragonborn. This upset her, as she was a Daedra worshipper, and swore he soul to Sanguine many years ago. Though she was serious now, before she loved a drink, a prank and a good laugh. It seemed like ages ago, though it was only a few months since her capture in Helgen. 6 months exact.
I arrived in Sovngarde, enshrouded in a thick fog. I could barely see her own feet, much less the road. An ominous soldier comes out and warns her of the place. I tell him to follow me, but two steps ahead and he's gone. I hear a dragon-Alduin- and continues forward. Finally I sights the Hall, and speaks to Tsun, the Gatekeeper. I battle him, calling upon the right of the Dragonblood to enter.
The fight is long and strenuous, but eventually I prevail and may enter the halls. I enter meeting a trio of Dragonborn who will help me in the final battle against Alduin. We rush outside, and use the power of our shouts combined to clear the skies. Alduin's mist covers us, and we shout in unison again. For a third time, the mist covers us, but the sheer ferocity of our shouts clears the skies and Alduin ventures forth, ready to tear us from this world.
With the use of dragon rend and the help of the previous dragonborn, through much blood, we did eventually destroy the beast and set a right past wrongs. I am given a shout before I leave- one that can call forth one of the spirits of the previous Dragonborn who stood by my side. With Skyrim saved from Alduin, I return to Tamriel.
