Aaron's P.O.V.-Friday Morning, Greendale Middle School
"I swear, mi amigos, it's the thrill ride to end all thrill rides. Word is, your hair'll uncurl and you'll puke your guts out." Pi said to Harvey and me, skating alongside us.
"Wow, cool!" Harvey told Pi.
"Definitely will check it out. Given how November been so far." I muttered the last part to myself, remembering the week waking up early, lied to about being part of a documentary contract, and Salem's claiming it was my fault for the 'incident'. I had shed more tears in the past four days than the past twelve years, and that's rarely happens.
As I stopped by my locker to sort through my stuff, Gem made a comment. "Gee, Spellman have the same effect on me." She and her fellow banshees laughed as Sabrina and Chloe were passing by, before stopping right next to me and my locker.
Sabrina zapped Gem's cart of school stuff, causing it to roll backwards and hit Gem's foot. Gem exclaimed in pain while hopping on one foot.
"Hey, you did that on purpose! Somehow." Gem said, crossing her arms.
"Mwah? But I'm way over here." Sabrina gloated, before turning around and trying to unlock her locker.
"Oh, this darn locker's stuck again." Sabrina complained, struggling to open it, before hitting it with her hip.
"When mines sticks, I call my personal locksmith. Oh, that's right. You don't have one." Gem said.
"Some of us think it's better to use our brains. Oh, that's right. You don't have one." Sabrina retorted, grabbing a book.
Gem was offended while trying to take a drink from the water fountain. How she's gotten there despite the fact I was looking between her and Sabrina, no one will know.
"Okay, okay. You win today's put down round. Woo, I wish you and Gem try hard to get along." Chloe told Sabrina as I poked my head from behind my locker door, horrified.
"Not gonna happen, Chloe. We're just too different. She's nasty, spoiled, and rich. I'm sweet, charming..." Sabrina said. "And a witch. Not that there anything wrong with that." Chloe added.
"Hey, nobody's perfect." Sabrina said, rummaging around her locker.
"I don't know, you two. If Sabrina and Gem were to hang out, we have two outcomes. The first is that Gem would be nice, which is impossible. The second outcome, which is most likely, is that we would have two Gems running around." I said to Sabrina and Chloe.
"Hey!" Sabrina said, taking offense. "I'm meaning, if Gem were to find out you were a witch, find a way to force you to make a clone of her, and then lock you up." I said. "Oh. Glad you know I won't be another Gem." Sabrina said. "Duh, I know you won't." I said.
"So, what about this new thrill ride at Wowee World? Maybe we ought to check it out." Sabrina suggested to us, closing her locker.
"I already am. Tomorrow, after Saturday school with Pi." Chloe said. "Maybe. Not sure. Need a small refresher after what the past two weeks entailed." I added.
In case if you're wondering, the school decided to have a school day...on a Saturday to make up for the three days of being closed. So, of course, we'll be in school on Saturday to make up for three whole days of not being here.
"Hey, maybe you two should ask Harvey. We can all go together." Chloe said. "Now that's a killer idea." Sabrina said.
"Eh, I rather not ask Harvey. I'll just figure something else." I said with a shrug as we walked down the hallway, before going in different directions.
