Present Day continued;
Nancy walked into the main chambers. She approached the receptionist and requested to see Elder Fae. After gaining clearance, she took the elevators to her floor. Elder Fae kept the top floor, allowing her immediate access to the roof so she can use her ability of future telling. With access to the sky, she always felt she had a clearer vision. Able to channel her ability when in the open air. The doors to her floor opened and Nancy immediately smelt the fruity incense burning through her chambers. It was dark and draped in dark curtains. She made her way through the main foyer entry into a large open space, Fae was sitting on her couch reading a book and looked up at Nancy, "I wondered when you'd get here," she greeted. "You saw me coming?" Fae smiled and walked over to her, they shared a hug. Wasn't long after Nancy arrived that she befriended Fae. She guided Nancy to the couch, already having prepared fresh tea for her to drink. She sat down adjacent to Fae. "So you know I was coming, but do you know why?" Nancy queried. Fae shook her head, "I can't read your mind now or in your future Nance," she smiled at her friend to which Nancy replied with one. "I want to see what's going to happen to Nick," she said, her tone a little more stronger. Fae sighed, "I'm having trouble with my vision of those events. I see Eville coming into Distortion but that's where my vision ends I'm afraid," Nancy crunches her face and releases, trying to regain calm. "Why can't you see further?" Fae reaches for her tea and takes a sip to clear her throat, "Usually this occurs when the future has yet to be decided," Nancy's face drops, frustrated that she can't ensure the safety of her son. "I wish I could help you Nance," She smiles and leans over, giving her a comforting pat on the leg, "It's okay, thanks anyways," they share the cup of tea together and chat about mundane things for a while longer.

Luna and Nick felt the shake of the ground as the spring began to splash vigirously as did the leaves surrounding them. They quickly jumped out of the water and got dressed. Both of their clothes soaked by their wet underwear behind them. They made they way across the sand as the ground shook beneath them. They heard a loud thud off in the distance, "We have to get back!" Nick yelled, and they both quickly ran across the sand to the car. Nick quickly chucked it into gear and sped off back towards the main city. They both took the time back to try and dry themselves with the open windows, hoping the warm breeze would help dry their clothes. "I hope that wasn't the main chambers..." Luna mumbled, Nick shook his head, "I don't think so, it sounded close to us," They drove up and could see a cloud of grey dust had risen around the fallen apartment complex. There were people all around trying to help save those who were trapped. "We have to help!" Luna cried out and Nick put his foot down. They drove along the windy highway, and approached the apartments. Nick parked nearby and the both jumped out of the car, running towards the chaos. They heard people crying out, calling different peoples names, some helping each other move the large rubble. Luna looked at Nick and they both spotted Malcolm who appeared carrying a small child. He passed her to the nurse and Nick called out, "Malcolm!" he turned around and instantly appeared in front of them. His ability was on point as he was using it to save lives. "What can we do to help?" Luna questioned. "Help remove the rubble. We have more people to save," He disappeared once again and Luna jumped onto of the debris, helping remove it. She picked up a rock, but her strength was not enough. Throughout all of the yelling, she could hear a little girl calling out for her mum. "Mummy! Mummy! Help me!" she cried, her voice barely heard through the crowds of people talking. Luna saw a large concrete part of the roof was resting beneath a huge pile of debris and the chances of everyone being able to move that by hand was impossible. With her emotions taking over, she could hear the little girls thoughts and she was crying, saying how scared and hurt she was. Luna took a step back and knew that she had to help. But as she stopped to listen for the little girls thoughts, they were being drowned out by the people around her. She couldn't hear her and it was frustrating her. As their voices only seemed to increase, she felt a tighness in her chest and screamed, "BE QUIET!!" She stopped, releasing she just yelled at everyone for helping save people. She looked up and everyone was staring, but no one was talking. No one was moving. She noticed that some of the rocks being thrown had stuck midair. She took a step back, and looked around. She could see Nick was reaching for some debris but he too was frozen in time. Luna had stopped time. She tried to look in between the rocks but she couldn't see anything. She recalled the little girl sobbing in her head and she felt the tighness in her chest. The feeling ran down into her hands and she reached out her right hand, she saw some of the fallen apartment begin to shake and with a flick of the wrist, the cement was thrown into a large pile. Luna looked down at her hands, realizing she could move the rubble if she put her mind to it. She wanted to use her powers for good and the ability she absorbed from Eville allowed her to help. She stepped back and closed her eyes, holding out her hands facing the corner of the apartment building. She raised her hands, it broke the frozen time connection and everyone looked around confused, seeing Luna had moved back slightly with her hands raised. Nick watched her as did everyone else, she lifted her arms above her head and the apartment rubble shook as it lifted along with her movements. As it lifted, the others could see the fallen victims and were able to move underneath the lifted rubble and pull them out. Luna kept her eyes closed, focusing on the leviation of the heavy concrete. Nick walked up to Luna, watching her eyes move back and forth beneath her eyelids and she keeps her ability in tune. "Quick!" She calls out. "Nick, get the girl. The Little girl," He runs into the rubble pile, he looks at the others who were pulled out and see's they are all adults. He yells, "Is there anyone else left?" Luna's hands being to shake slightly. Nick can hear the little girls faint thought, "Mummy? Where are you Mummy?" he moves further into the apartment complex, he sees the stairs have collapsed in the back and walks over to it, spotting the small young girl situated behind the stairs curled up. He can see she has a large wound on her arm. "Quick!" Luna calls out again. Nick reaches down, "I'm here to take you to your Mummy," he whispers, lifting her up. "NICK!" Luna cries out as her hands drop and her eyes open. She sees Malcolm disappear and reappear beside Nick just as the rubble crashes down. "NICK!" Luna cries out, devestated she was unable to hold up the rubble as the grey dust cloud once again fills the air. The people quickly move away from the area, coughing as they move to fresh air. Luna runs around the side, she sees Malcolm transported Nick who is holding the little girl into the carpark. She runs over and gives Nick a hug around the neck, "Oh thank god! Thank you Malcolm," He smiles, "Too quick for you," he banters. Malcolm reaches for the little girl, "I'll take her to the nurse," Nick passes her over and Malcolm walks away. Nick leans in and gives Luna kiss on the cheek. "I'm sorry I couldn't hold it any longer," he shrugs, "We all got out, it's okay. Don't even worry about it," He entwines his fingers with hers and they walk back over to the main crowd of people. Everyone walking passed keeps thanking Luna for helping get those people out. She modestly accepts but looks at Nick after a few dozen people thank her and said, "Please can we get out of here now," He notices her awkwardness and gestures to the car. They walk back hand in hand, and Nick reaches over, walking with his arm around Luna's neck. He leans in and kisses her as they walk, not afraid to show his affection. "We should get back to the main chambers," Luna said with a bit of sadness, checking her watch. "Is it that time already?" He questioned, looking at Luna's watch. He took her back to the car and they headed to the main chambers for training. As they walked into the main chambers, Nancy walked out of the elevators. "Oh hi you two," she greeted to Nick and Luna. "You go ahead," Nick suggested to Luna, she nodded and smiled at Nancy as she passed her by. Once Luna entered the elevator, Nancy had a chance to speak with Nick, "Why did you steal the car this morning Nick?" He held out the car keys, "Here," She took them from him and looked at them, "That's not the point. You know better. You should've asked before you just drove off with it," he looked down. "I'm sorry, I know. I couldn't find you two so I figured it wouldn't be an issue if we borrowed it for an hour or two. It was wrong and I'm sorry," She sighed and put her hand on his shoulder, giving him a rub with her thumb, "Nick.. just be respectful please. It's Malcolm's car, just next time, please ask Malcolm, ok?" He agreed. She kissed his forehead, "Are you going into training with her?" Nancy questioned. "I don't think so, I'll just wait outside for her," Nick replied. They shared a kiss on the cheek and went their seperate ways, Nancy took the car back home.
