Payton left the council room, he walked after Sarah noticing the small tremors throughout the main chambers as she was angry. He caught up to her before she entered the elevator. "Sarah!" He called out, she turned to him with a pinched expression over her face. She was calm but hearing him come up behind her agitated her. "What is it Payton?" He ran up to her, and grabbed her arm softly, "Sarah, what happened?" She crossed her arms over her chest, "I was annoyed," he looks over at a fallen vase that had smashed, "A little more than just annoyed?" He rubbed her arms but she dropped her arms and stepped back from him as the elevator doors opened. "Sometimes I have to wonder if it's better for people to be at Fernbrooke," His eyes narrowed, "Sarah, come on. Surely you don't mean that," She let out an exaggerated sigh, and rubbed her brow, "I... I think I just need to go lay down," he could see her forehead was tensed as she rubbed it and reached for her but she pulled away and stepped into the elevator. "I'll come check up on you," he said as the doors closed, Sarah didn't respond. He turned back towards the Council room, feeling frustrated that his wife had become disconnected from him. They never had a fight before, and nothing had shaken him or the city like this before. He had hoped it was just the anger of Ken being in confinement that had set her off and she would be back to her normal self by the time he went to check up on her. Payton walked back in and some of the elders were leaving the room. He looked at Fae who was still gathering herself at her chair. He walked up to her, passing Lucy and Luke as he did so. Fae looked at Payton as he approached her, "Payton?" He bowed to her, "Fae, I was hoping to request your services,"
They both made their way to Fae's chambers, Payton followed her as she walked through her main area through to a balcony, leading to the roof staircase. The sun starting setting and the darkness began to grow as the sun started to fall in the far distance. Payton walked into Fae's circle of unlit candles, and kneeled on the pillow opposite her usual spot. She sat down on the floor, this ignited the candles around them and held out her hands. Payton grabbed onto hers as she spoke, "What is it you wish to know?" "Celestia, did she give birth on Earth?" Fae's head rolled back as she stared upwards, she closed her eyes for a moment and reopening them as they turn fluorescent green. He feels her squeeze tightly against him as she peers into the future. Her head drops heavy and she releases her grip from Payton, breathing heavily. She takes a moment regain herself and looks at him, shaking her head, "They... they didn't make it," He sat back on his legs and lets out an exhale. It wasn't easy for Fae to identify, but she works harder to find that future timeline and when there was none, she is able to see that they have not moved forward in time. Payton's head dropped, he was genuinely sad to hear that someone had died, especially in the hands of Eville. Payton thought for a moment before asking, "Did Eville kill her?" his tone was sharp. She shook her head, "The birth..." He let out another exhale, thankful he didn't have another reason to hate the Professor even more but he really wanted to know if Celestia had survived. He was just thankful that Eville didn't have her power, which ultimately is what he was trying to determine. He stood up, hearing enough and bowed to Fae as a thank you before leaving her chambers to go check on Sarah. With Payton off the roof, Fae's head threw back and her eyes green she was getting another vision of the future.

Since the capture of Private Chapman back at Fernbrooke, the four guys, Matt, Dan, Jake and Scott were being kept separately in their rooms, but in lock down. Unable to mingle with others let alone each other. It was nicer than isolation, having the refreshment of sunshine and moonlight to view through their windows. As punishment, Professor Eville paid each of them a special visit, taking enough of their power to render them incapable of using their abilities any time soon. But with the exception of his telekinesis that Eville gained from taking a life, he didn't want to use the abilities he borrowed temporarily, only taking a small share of their power which would be gone if he used them. Unlike Luna who kept the abilities she gained, Eville was saving his extra abilities for the right moment, which for him hadn't occurred as of yet. If used, he would lose the power like draining a battery. On this particular evening, Professor Eville was walking through the hallways when he heard a noise coming from one of the quarters. He used his swipe card, lifting the vest of his black suit and pulling it out, the light turned green and he opened the door. He hadn't realized which room he was walking in and the light shone on the glistening black back of Bolt as he is positioned above Akiko. They were both breathing heavily and Eville immediately concluded he should not have walked into the room. Feeling embarrassed, seeing them both stare at him with shock and worry under the covers, he closed the door as he shows himself out quickly. He walks away immediately from Akiko's room and continues on his sweep.
