9. Ambience

Rosie enters the salon with her manager.

"So what concept shall I go for now?" She asks her manager for inspiration.

"Whatever you like miss" He replies to her politely.

"I feel like... this colour" She says as she shows the hair stylist.

Rosie was estatic about her song with Jisoo dropping on Sunday and as a result, wanted to do something special for her fans and debut a new hair colour.

Her manager agreed to take her around shopping today as it wasn't too much of a busy time at this time of the night.

It was only 6pm but she preferred to shop in the evenings rather than daylight due to the sheer amount of people who'd constantly stop her for pictures and autographs.

She decides to text Lisa about their dinner tomorrow, wondering if she should wear something pretty for it.

Lisa who was sat in her house on the other side of Seoul picks up her phone to read the text.

Rosie bb: So whats the dress code for dinner tomorrow? 🤪

Lisa had already made reservations for their dinner tomorrow and she was excited to see Rosie's reaction.

Me: Anything but preferably something smart casual i guess

She waits a few seconds before she receives another text from Rosie. But, before she can check it she hears her doorbell ring.

She jogs over to open the door and finds Jennie stood there with a picnic basket.

She looks over Jennie amused.

"Whats all this?" She asks Jennie with a smile she was trying to hide.

"Tonight is our last dinner. So I wanted to make it special" Jennie says as Lisa moves to the side allowing her to enter.

"Oh wow okay" Lisa replies to her.

She follows Jennie outside to her backyard and watches as she lays down the picnic blanket.

"Well don't just stand there! Help me will you?" Jennie says looking at Lisa.

"Okay okay, what do you want me to do?" Lisa asks Jennie.

"Here put these fairy lights on the trees" Jennie replies to Lisa.

"Oh okay" She says as she takes the lights from Jennie.

"This is kind of... romantic. Is this your big move before confessing you've loved me this whole time?" Lisa decides to tease her.

"Shut up." Jennie says to Lisa instantly.

"Can't a friend do something nice without you ruining it" Jennie adds on.

"Alright alright" Lisa says lifting her hands up in defence.

Jennie just lets out a laugh at Lisa.

"Okay, sit here. I'm going to be back" Jennie says as she enters the house with a covered dish.

Lisa sits on the picnic blanket looking out at the beautiful lights in front of her. This made her feel so nice. It was a little breezy that night but not too much, the sun had already set so the fairy lights illuminated Lisa's back yard.

Lisa leans back on one arm as she turns to lay on her side on the picnic blanket awaiting Jennies return.

As she waits for Jennie she pulls out her phone and reads Rosies text.

Rosie bb: What is this? A date?? Smart casual 🤣🤣

Lisa finds herself chuckling at her phone before she replies, deciding to tease Rosie back.
