16. Elle

Jennie stopped by the coffee shop as usual to get her black coffee to go. Today, she had a shoot with Elle, although, this time, it wasn't a solo shoot she was shooting. She had a joint cover shoot with another person. She wasn't sure but she hoped it wouldn't be a stuck up model or the like. She already knew she wouldn't have the patience for that.

She grabbed two coffees; one for herself and one for Lisa. She thought after last night, Lisa might appreciate her checking up on her. Hell, she wanted to check on Lisa for herself too. It hurt her a lot to see Lisa breakdown like that. It was very rare Jennie got to comfort Lisa like that since she always tried her best to keep to herself when it came to things like that. She didn't know if Rosie had managed to cheer Lisa up since she didn't hear from Lisa after she had left hers last night.

She made her way to Lisa's and pressed the door bell with her elbow as she wasn't able to let herself in due to her occupied hands.

She finds Rosie opens the door. "Ah! hey Jen" She happily greets her.

"Hey..." Jennie replies slowly. "Did you stay over?" She asks, since it was still quite early in the morning.

"Oh yeah I did. I have an off day today and you know...she wasn't too great last night so I thought it would be best to just stay you know?"

"That's really nice. Well, uh... I got her coffee but, yeah, where is she?" Jennie asks noticing she hadn't made her way to the door yet.

"She's having a shower. We're going to go watch a movie at the cinemas later if you want to join us?" Rosie asks Jennie.

"Thanks babe but, I have a shoot all day. Have a good time though" Jennie replies trying to sound as though she wasn't upset. Why should she be? Its not like she would have been able to make it, she told herself, trying to console herself.

"We'll try but, It wont be the same without you of course" Rosie replies. "Do you want to come in?"

"Uh... I should get going actually. I got her coffee though if she wants it" Jennie says as she hands over the coffee.

"Aw thats really nice Jen, thanks. Have a good shoot" Rosie replies as Jennie makes her way back to her car.

As Jennie makes her way to her shoot she has a talk with herself.

Jennie pov:

I should try to get over this budding crush I have on Lisa.

It would just never work. We're too much like sisters and friends for this to ever work. Plus, we're almost always in different places, how would I ever get to spend much time with her?

I won't.

Additionally, I can't get into anything with anyone until I learn how to love myself properly.

That's what they say right? You can only truly love another person once you've learned how to love yourself.

I need to get over this crush.

Maybe I should try to open myself up more.

Jennie arrives at her destination shortly after, where she is greeted by her stylists and photographer for the day.

"Hey sweetie. We should begin by showing you the closet. We're thinking of going for a sultry look" The stylist begins.

"Awesome. Do you know who I'll be with on the cover?" Jennie asks eager to know who she'd be spending the next couple of days with.

"Yes of course. He'll be here soon" Jennie is told.

"He?" Jennie blurts out, thinking she had said it in her head.
