"Harry where are you taking me?" I groan as he drags me down the warm streets of Paris. "You're supposed to be relaxing on this bit of time off, not running around another city, especially one you know I have bad memories of" I sigh, his hand holding mine as he grins.

"It's only for two days, plus I have something exciting planned" he smiles, rubbing my knuckles as he sighs contently. "I'm doing this all because I love you" he says softly, looking deep into my eyes, "and I want to change your perspective of this place. I don't want Paris to be the place we first fell out of love. Especially since it is the city of love" he smirks, wiggling his eyebrows with a smirk.

"You've always got to ruin these romantic moments haven't you" I tease, slapping his chest as he fakes pain. "Come on curly, the least we could do is head to a makeup shop" I smirk as he groans.

"I've flown you all the way here for a romantic weekend away and you want to go to a-" he starts to rant. My lips press against his knocking the words from his mouth as he smiles. "Okay, just one though" he mutters against my lips, "then I've got places to take you" he grins as I laugh softly, already changing my mind about this place.

"Harry you know I hate heights" I mumble, looking at the Eiffel Tower before me. "I can't do this" I grumble as he laughs.

"You know I'll protect you" he says softly, looking straight at me as I groan, turning my head away from him. "Plus, your surprise is up there l, and it's one you won't want to miss" he almost whispers, turning my head to face him with two fingers. I sigh softly as nod.

"Fine. But if I pass out it's on you Styles" I groan as he laughs, nodding his head and agreeing as we step into the lift. We headed for the first floor, stepping out as he walked me over to the restaurant on the level. Everything seemed darker than usual, and extremely quiet. His hand held mine as I edged towards the restaurant, fingers laced with his as we stepped inside. We walk further towards the edge of the restaurant, finally seeing one single table with a candle lit in the middle.

My breath hitched in my throat as Harry pulled my chair out for me. He had paid for it to be a private dine with just the two of us. My eyes glanced slowly to the view beside me. Tears began to fill in my eyes at how beautiful the scene before me was. All of the Parisian lights were lit up for miles, the sun was setting before me and the cars below were flowing happily. "It's beautiful" was all I could muster as Harry smiles.

He was another sight. The way his hair was slightly loosing the curls as it grew longer but still managed to look flawless no matter what he did. The way his satin shirt fell over his chest and showed a couple of his tattoos on his chest. The way his jeans were tight against his legs and around his ass. The way his long fingers held silver patterned rings as if it was effortless. Everything down to the white hair band on his wrist he kept with him to tie his hair into a bun when he got too hot was perfect.

We ordered some food, to accompany the bottle of champagne Harry has previously purchased for tonight's meal. Harry's hand never letting go of mine. I sigh happily, just watching him happily as he told me about his favourite moments on tour. How he told me that he couldn't wait to see his family again soon. The entire time my eyes stayed on him, taking in every word he said and everything about him.

I loved him beyond words.

The food was outstanding and we now sat waiting for dessert. I let go of Harry's hand to rub my stomach gently, completely full from the food we had just endured. "Tonight's been perfect" I say gently, keeping my eyes focused on the tall man before me.

He didn't say anything.

"Harry" I urge as he nods.

"I have something for you" he says softly, placing a small blue box on the table in front of me. My eyes welled as I looked at him. A gentle smile playing on his plump pink lips as he breathes out, nodding to open it. I lifted the lid, finding a silver sparkling ring before me as tears fill my eyes.

"Ha-" I start before he cuts me off.

"It's not en engagement ring. It's a promise ring. I've got you this because I want to make a promise to you that no matter what happens now, it's me and you against the world. I want to promise you that when the time is right, I want to ensure we spend the rest of our lives together. Soph, I love you more than anything and I wanted to promise you that I will be beside you, every step of everything you do" he says softly as his hand holds mine. "Can you promise me the same?" He says softly.

I take a while to nod, tears simply filling my eyes as his face falters slightly, wondering whether I was going to decline his incredibly beautiful offer. "Of course I can promise that" I choke out, placing the ring on the appropriate finger and slowly walking over to him, sitting on his lap gently as he smiles up at me, pressing his lips gently to mine as the dessert arrives.

I didn't care. I wanted to continue to stare into my boyfriends eyes and count how many stars I could see in them. How many years we had together. How much love he had in his heart.

~~~~~~~
We walked along the river, hand in hand with my boyfriend as he laughed and smiled. I could see the press up on the bridge ahead of us but that didn't matter to me. Right now all I wanted was this alone time with Harry I had craved for so long.
He smiled softly, spinning me as I laugh, turning to face him and placing my hands on his cheeks as he smiles, my lips pressing to his. He kisses me softly, his hands gently on my hips as I see flashing cameras. Who cares when you have a boyfriend as wonderful as Harry.
~~~~~~~

We contributed to walk along the river and the streets of Paris, finally residing to the hotel room and spending the night together. It had gone from a city I had begun to hate because of the saddening events that had taken place, to the city I was now falling in love with because of the romantic evening I'd had today.

I sent Rebecca a quick message to check everything was okay with her at home since we had barely spoken today, feeling the warm breath coming from Harry's lips against my skin on my shoulder and his hand on my waist. He was a complete romantic tonight, having had rose petals spread across the bed and chocolates sent to the room. I hum softly, placing my phone down and turning around in his arms.

My lips planted multiple soft and gentle kisses to his lips as my fingers ran up and down his now unclothed, tanned and muscular biceps, biting my lip softly as I was picked up and thrown onto the bed after being stripped of my clothing, leaving my black lace underwear. The petals on the bed flew off as I landed on the duck down sheets. Harry began to unbutton his jeans, smirking down at me as he slid his jeans and boxers off.

This romantic Harry was definitely my favourite side of him. His softer side that nobody had seen for a long time.
