"Babe who's that?" Taylor asked, walking towards his girlfriend who stood in the white living room staring at her phone, confusion evident from the furrowed eyebrows and bottom lip between her teeth. "Babe" he repeated, touching her arm gently as she shook her head and grabbed her handbag that sat on the sofa. She seemed in a rush, like something was bothering her and she needed to get somewhere urgently. A kiss was pressed to her boyfriends cheek, touching his forearm gently with a smile now on her lips.

"It was Louis, he needs me to pop over quickly" She smiles, but it suddenly fell when Taylor rolled his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest. "It's something important apparently, I won't be too long, I'll be home for dinner" she smiles again, ignoring her boyfriends childish act over the Doncaster boy. If he had any trust in her he would know nothing would happen.

Taylor sighed, turning away without another word and disappearing into the kitchen. A sigh left Becky's lips as she grabbed her car keys, opening the front door to be hit with the cold December air. The frost on the ground crunching as she stepped down the path to her car, opening the door and moving the wrapping paper from the seat in front of her. She had sat there to wrap Taylors present the night before so he didn't see it before Christmas Day. The car started, allowing her to pull out of the driveway and head to Louis', to find out what exactly was the matter.

Louis didn't live too far away from Becky, meaning it only took her approximately ten minutes to arrive at his apartment. Her feet carried her up the steps, knocking on the door before folding her arms in front of her as she waited for somebody to answer. She turned her head hearing the door unlock, greeted by her best friend's ex-boyfriend stood in his underwear with red eyes. He walked away from the door without a word, back to his bedroom and closing the door. "Is he still upset about the whole Soph thing?" Becky asks Louis who sat quietly on the sofa. A simple shake of 'no' from Louis' head was her only answer as she raised her eyebrow, watching his brunette hair shake with his head movement. "What's the matter with you?" She asks slowly, sitting down beside Louis with her bag beside her.

"The band is ending" he says quietly, his head hanging low. Tears filling Becky's eyes.

"Come on Ari, go to sleep" I say softly as my daughter fights her sleep led in her cot, not wanting to close her eyes from her after lunch nap. I hum softly to her, stroking her cheek gently as she finally closes her eyes, a small fist bump leaving my body as I step out of the room, closing the door slowly and quietly. I grab my mug from the island in the kitchen, taking a sip before grabbing one of Ariella's baby grows to fold it. I hum softly, folding a few items of her small clothing before turning my head to the front door, confused at the knocking sound. Nobody had planned on coming to see me today.

I throw the baby grow in my hands over my shoulder, padding slowly to the door and opening it slowly. "Liam?" I question as he smiles sadly at me, tears in his eyes, "come in" I say softly, moving so he can walk in before closing the door behind him. I make my way to the kitchen, grabbing a mug and making a mug of tea for him, saying nothing but simply knowing a mug of tea would help him to start off with. I pour in the hot water, taking out the soaking tea bag and putting it in the bin. I take the mug, handing it to Liam as he quietly thanks me whilst taking a small sip. "What are you going here? What's the matter Liam?" I ask quietly as his eyes focus on the mug of tea before him, watching it like it was going to change into something else.

"I didn't know who to turn to Soph" he whispers before swallowing the lump in his throat, "It's the band Soph" He says softly as I furrow my eyebrows at him, confusion on my face as he sighs a deep sigh. I could see him thinking about what he was going to say, how he was going to word it. You see his heart breaking at the thought of what he was going to say, like he really didn't want to say it. "We're going on a supposed break" He says softly as tears fill my eyes.

I sigh softly, pulling him into a tight hug as tears left his eyes. "Liam you're an incredible man, you'll do so well with whatever you decide to do" I say softly, "I'll come and see you, everybody will, you're strong Liam" I whisper as he nods, lifting his head from my shoulder and wiping his eyes.

"Thanks Soph" he says softly before looking down again. "We have our last performance in a couple of weeks, I'd love if you came" he says slowly, lifting his eyes to look at me. "You're one of my best friends and you've been there for us since you met Harry and it wouldn't be the same without you... Louis' asking Becky along and please bring Ari, we want everybody there... Our families are coming too" he says softly as I smile and nod.

"Liam I wouldn't miss it for the world" I smile softly as he nods with a smile, hugging me tightly with a smile. A genuine smile. "Do you want to stay for dinner? I'll be on my own and Ari hasn't seen you in ages" I shrug with a smile as he nods again.

"That would be lovely Soph" he says softly, replying to a message from his mum on his phone.

"Harry was supposed to come and collect Ariella later but he's told me he can't have her now which is fantastic when you've made plans" I shrug as he raises his eyebrows. "So I've cancelled them and we're going to watch reruns of some television shows tonight" I smile as he nods.

"Which ones? I may join you" he nods as I laugh softly, taking a sip of my coffee, "I've missed a lot of television lately" he pouts as I smirk at him.

"Unless you watch Peppa Pig religiously I can't see you wanting to join me for these reruns" I laugh as he joins me. A laugh leaving his lips as I smile, seeing how happy he was now. Without sounding like I loved myself, everybody seemed happy around me and I had no idea why. "Remember Liam, I have a toddler" I laugh with a smirk as he nods.

"Maybe I'll skip on the television bit" he smirks as I nod.

"Believe me, so would I if I could" I laugh softly as he nods in agreement.

"Give me a text if you need me Lou" Becky smiles to Louis, standing up with her bag now on her shoulder and a smile on both her and Louis' lips. "If you need anything, give me a shout okay? I'll see you in a couple of weeks for the show" she nods as he nods and smiles at her.

"Will do, thanks again Beck" he smiles as she nods, walking to the door, a small smile to Harry. She wasn't impressed with him for sleeping with her best friend again, believing he took charge of it and made her believe it would work. Despite that, she would still be there for every one of those four boys during this horrible time of their break up.

Becky made her way to her car, calling Taylor who didn't pick up. She drove home, singing loudly to every piece of music that graced her radio with a smile. She had managed to cheer Louis up and that's all that mattered to her. She hated to see her best friend upset, so to see him smiling again made her beyond happy. She turned the ignition off once she had pulled into the driveway, humming to herself as she walked in the door. "I'm home!" She called, seeing Taylor sat on the sofa watching the television.

"What was it all about then?" he mutters as she plops down beside him, "what did he need you so badly for?" he questions as she smiles sadly.

"The bands going on a break" she nods as he shrugs. He had never liked the band anyway, he had made that obvious when they first met but that had never bothered Becky. She was somebody that if she liked someone, she liked them. It didn't matter if they were her friend of someone she had fallen in love with, she would make sure that they stayed in her life no matter what.

"I don't like that Louis guy, something is up" he huffs as she rolls her eyes, ignoring the comment.
