"Its okay baby, just get home soon... we need to talk." When he says talk it never ends well. I let out a fractured breath knowing what will happen if I dont get home soon.

"Okay see you then." He says in his usual dominant voice. I almost ask the driver to just turn the car around and take me back to the street Id been pacing earlier but I know the punishment for that will be much worse.

***time skip to when she arrives at the house***

I pay the taxi driver and set my foot out of the car. I thank him and start to walk hesitantly to the large double doors of daddy's mansion.
