Lonely

Violet was alone again but she couldn't cut again, her wounds were still there from the last time. Besides she couldn't risk another close call like the last time, Yuki almost caught her and then she would be in bother. Nobody knows what Violet does to herself, they couldn't know, if they did they would all look at her with pity. She didn't want anyone's pity, she would be fine and to top it all off she didn't want anybody worrying about her anymore, she has given them enough grief already.

Yuki was out with Tristan and Shadow, they were going to surprise Violet with a mission because she actually liked those things. Yuki and the guys knew Violet would probably hate this mission that Tord had set for them. Yuki was just loving it though, She practically skipped back to the base.

She was that happy about it she almost crashed into Violet, who looked pretty down-hearted to be perfectly honest. Violet was taken aback by Yuki's cheerful and girly attitude, she looked at the guys sternly and asked 'What did you guys do to her?'
Tristan and Shadow both replied simultaneously 'We didn't do anything, promise.'
'Something is wrong with her, she's never acted like this.'
'Here's the problem, we can't tell you yet. Tord's orders.' Shadow responded.
'Really? You guys suck, just tell me.'
'Sorry Vi, I wish we could. I really do but it's probably wise not to piss off Tord right now.'
'Fine!' Violet whined.

Violet spent the rest of the day with Rachel and Yuki. Rachel had knew what Tord had planned, it was a shame nobody could tell Violet. Violet is probably going to die of boredom, if something doesn't happen soon. She is used to constant action, being Tord's second in command, and all. Rachel was told Violet liked the missions Tord sent her on, sometimes the missions were pretty chill but most of the time they required death-defying tricks, cunning and supernatural abilities. If that weren't the case Rachel didn't think Tord would send Violet or Yuki out at all, he would probably keep them tucked under his wing and always under his supervision. Rachel glanced at Violet and noticed Violet rubbing her arms at the wrists again, she had been doing that a lot lately Rachel observed.
She had a sneaky suspicion she knew why.

Yuki could hardly contain herself she had to tell Violet, she couldn't but she needed to. Then it hit her, she would tell Violet when everyone split up for the night, she would tell her before she went to bed. It would be perfect, it may even cheer her up a bit. She has been so down in the dumps lately, this will probably distract her from whatever it is that's bothering her. The reason why Yuki didn't ask Violet already was, she knew for a fact that she wouldn't get a straight answer out of her and it would just rile Yuki up. She stared at the sky, sighed and told the other girls to look up. They did and were presented with a sky the colour of pink roses. Violet then took off, flying up to the clouds and pretended to dance upon them. She looked like a ballet dancer under a spotlight, Yuki then shrugged and went to go join her bringing Rachel up with her. They danced on the clouds until the stars were sparkling above them.

Rachel said goodbye to Violet and Yuki as they went into their rooms. "Finally!" Yuki thought overjoyed. She was felt like she was going to explode with the excitement that had built up inside her. 'Violet?' Yuki asked inquisitively.
'Hmm.' Violet replied.
'I have something to tell you.' This had woke Violet up slightly more.
'What is it Yuki? I was trying to sleep.' Annoyance creeping into Violet's tone.
'Yeah, yeah. Sorry about that but I have big news.'
'What is it Yuki?'
'Well, I wasn't supposed to tell you but I'm doing it anyway. Tord has a mission for us!'
'When?' Violet had now perked up a bit.
'In the next two days, he thinks it will take us at least three weeks to complete it.'
'Nah, more like three days!' Yuki had made Violet  excited now.
'Shhh, you're not meant to know!' Yuki hissed.
'Sorry! I won't say another word about it.'
'Good, now got to sleep, Violet.'
They both bid each other Goodnight and went to sleep. Tomorrow was going to be hell for Violet, convincing the other she has no idea would be her biggest challenge.

This is probably my longest piece yet. Thanks for reading  :D
