Lidusis!”

Looking back, I could’ve sworn I heard the Black Magician’s voice. The mountain everyone was on began to crumble and collapse. I saw the Tower’s magicians saving the students. But, where was the Black Magician? Well, no matter, it wasn’t of my concern, anyways.

I stood against a tree. “My name is [Eliana], [Awakening], [End].” White magic surrounded me once again, and I was wearing the fake Helios uniform. The hoodie over my head still covered me. Well, thinking about it, it wasn’t really a hoodie. It was more like a robe… Oh well.

Walking around, I scanned the area. The Tower’s magicians must have been looking for students who weren’t with the ones up on the mountain. So, if they encountered Celestial and I… there was a chance they didn’t know who we were. Hopefully, if they encountered them, they didn’t.

Turning to a left, I stopped. The Hereis and Lidusis were there. Lidusis was out cold while the Hereis was staring at someone…

Looking towards the Hereis’ direction, I noticed that it was the blonde haired boy. The Hereis shivered in sight of him.

“R… Rood Chrishi…!” The Hereis shouted. “Why… Are you here…?” For a second, the blonde haired boy looked surprised. That was until the Hereis said, “I...I don’t know why you’re here, but… I… that… When I o-opened my eyes, you were… no, not you… you were right there… you were right there…” The Hereis kept shivering.

Both the blonde haired boy and I had dumbfounded looks on our faces. What in the world was he saying?

The blonde haired boy stepped forwards. “I…” He dropped his tattered green jacket to the ground. “…got scared since I was left all alone, and I was just wandering around. And I just happened to—”—he paused and took more steps forward—“find you and Lidusis here.” He kneeled down in front of the Hereis. “You… understand, don’t you?” He had a merciless look on his face.

Startled, as quietly as possible, I ran. So the boy’s name was Rood Chrishi… What a nice name. What the hell happened back there, though? He didn’t appear to be a foe… I wasn’t sure if he was an ally, though. Well, that also wasn’t my business.

I turned around to a corner and saw Celestial. I ran over to her and grabbed her arm. “Erase their memory!” I shouted.

Celestial, startled, said, “Okay!” She took out the erasing memory scroll Chasmal made and chanted, “From thou desires, I ask of thy scroll, to erase thy memories of Ezekiel and Celestial of those on Ishuella. For thou to desire, they cannot remember.” Magic flowed from the scroll and we knew it worked.

“Let’s go,” I whispered, tugging on her sleeve.

Celestial, still in her awakened form, opened a dimension door. Before anyone, even the Tower’s magicians saw us, we left.

“My children!” Chasmal ran over and hugged both Celestial and I. “Are you two okay?” she asked with worried some eyes.

            “Yeah. Why?”

Chasmal closed her eyes for a few seconds. “I sensed it – the magic from the Tower. Something bad happened there, correct? I couldn’t feel your magic anymore. You two… what happened?”
