Chapter 22

                    Alexis slammed the door shut then sighed running his other hand through his hair, he glared at me “what are you doing here.” He let go of my arm

I couldn’t think with the concept of him in his boxer’s right in front of me so I looked around his room. It was like my room but in more a guy way and there was only one of everything not two so he must not have a roommate, that’s understandable he’s kind of a jerk.

“So you don’t have a roommate?” I ignored his question and walked to his bed and made myself comfortable

“No I don’t have a roommate.” He took several steps towards me

“Hmm ok well could you put on some pants….or a shirt….or both?” he looked at himself and blushed very lightly like so lightly I almost didn’t notice it, he walked over to his closet and got some pajama pants then walked back over to me crossing his arms over his chest “that’s not exactly what I wanted but ok”

“Why are you in my room?” he asked again

I rolled my eyes “they dared me to come here because I’m the new girl and I know you guys.”

“Who dared you?” he asked

“That Mary chick.” I waved him off

“Oh well why’d she have to tell you to come to my room.”

“Like I know, she probably thought you were going to cuss me out or do something humiliating to me.” I shrugged

“Well I think it’s only because you are the new girl.”

“I think it’s because they’re jealous I know you guys and we’re close.” His eyebrows raised “and you have a big fan it’s kind of creepy how she knows what dorm you’re in and your dorm room, you might want to watch your back because you know those fan girls are crazy.”

He nodded his head, I’m surprised he’s not yelling or hissing at me.

“How are you doing with your studying?” he sat beside me as to where there was a one person space between us

Now that really took me for a loop, he was actually being nice….I guess “um I guess I’m doing well but that book on all the creatures people have researched is really long and I don’t think I’ll be able to finish it in record time like the rest of you guys.”

“Well if it makes you feel better I haven’t even started reading it.” Alexis said watching me, I felt like I was under a microscope

“You haven’t, like at all?” my eyebrows knitted

He nodded “yeah I only watch videos on it, they have them in the library and they say pretty much everything the books do.” He shrugged “I think Lukas only gave you those books so you wouldn’t turn out like the rest of us…lazy bums.” He smirked

I chuckled lightly but really I was totally confused ok one minute he’s being a total jerk then when I get in his room he’s nice? I have a bad feeling in my stomach. I got up and walked over to his music center and looked through his music trying to avoid him, he pretty much listens to what I do. It’s surprising that we like the same music I turned to face him to ask a question but I was at a loss when he was peering over me.

He was so close I could smell his cologne, axe is what he wore and it smelt good on him. But I was starting to get uncomfortable so I slowly took a side step then started fiddling with my hair. “Uh I’m getting tired.” I fake yawned “so I’ll be going.” I walked to the door but he caught my wrist
