As he paced back and forth, Arjun couldn't decipher how he must convince his parents in to understanding his brother's plight rather the unexplainable situation that he's facing. Aditya had always been the silent and grounded guy with his parents or at work whereas Arjun was the complete opposite. Stubborn, loud, playful yet when it came to handling the matters of his elder brother, he had always been understanding and supportive.

Their mother had sent Arjun a text to be available in front of his laptop at 3.30pm Indian time so that they can make a Skype call. At first he had been adamant on refusing to talk by convincing to her that he has a bad migraine and Aditya had gone to meet a friend of his while he's resting in their hotel room, so that there's no way that he could attend to their call but when his dad sent him a text few minutes later, asking Arjun not to play around, take the laptop of his to the bed and wait for their call he had no other option than accepting his dad's orders.

After Vishal and Noor drove him back to Vishal's house in the morning, making sure that Arjun and Aditya had enough food till they return from their trip, the couple left with their friends. Arjun had made a big lie to his parents saying that he has come to India with Aditya to attend a Wedding of a friend, who was with him at his University.

Arjun had specifically told them since it would be a Hindu ceremony, including the rituals of Sangeet, Mehendi and Haldi they will have to stay for about a week. When the brothers left the house early morning before their parents woke up, Arjun left behind a tiny note on the dining table stating;

'Dear Mom & Dad, we are going to India to attend a wedding of a colleague of mine. Including Haldi, Mehendi & Sangeet. See you guys in a weeks time! Love from your sons. XOXO'

Anjana felt suspicious about her son's soon enough as she went through the small note and by afternoon, she had started rummaging through both Aditya and Arjun's rooms, their luggage, the closets and shelves for any clue to figure out why they didn't find it necessary to talk to them face to face before leaving all of a sudden. It didn't matter to Harshwardhan much since he could handle the business for the time being and he also knew to give space for his son's to enjoy their lives but Anjana's patience had no limits when it came to matters concerning her children.

She made calls to both Arjun and Aditya's phones constantly the moment she saw their chit but to her bad luck, their phones were switched off as they were travelling. When the boys switched on their phones after landing in India, they noticed how tensed their mother had been with all her missed calls and messages. Arjun called her right away to assure Anjana that she need not worry since they have landed safely and have accommodation already settled by his friend.

Later it was Harshwardhan who had called Aditya at night when he was going to bed and as the situation required, he had to lie and tell his dad what Arjun had teached him to say. That they are in India to attend a certain 'Arush Mittal's' wedding and that they couldn't simply say no to the Groom, since he had helped Arjun in many ways and has also worked together with him to organize several events at the University.

Apparently he knows Aditya according to Arjun's master plan and asked him to join in with the celebrations too. Aditya felt at ease as Harshwardhan accepted whatever his son muttered hastily but Arjun was feeling nervous realizing that if their Detective mom Anjana even gets a whiff of their fake act, the repercussions won't be in their favour once they return to them.

Heck, their parents weren't aware of Aditya's shattered past, his broken heart and Arjun was the only person who knew his brother and his ways. If and only if they were aware of how Aditya had struggled to focus and build up a happy life for himself here in the USA!
