Dear Journal,
I am in the backyard as I write this, and truth be told, I am bored.
I guess it's because I have already been thinking on my own time. Bartholomew seems to be having fun though.
This backyard is huge! Except for a few rose bushes here and there, it's basically empty. There's also no trees here. I wonder if they were cut down some time ago.
But still, I'm very bored.
I'd like to go and see my friends, but I can't remember where the hotel was, if my friends are still there at all.
Dr. Abell should let them see me next week, considering my progress.
Oh, that's what I should do!
Maybe some reading should help me pass the time. I can read while sitting on the porch swing and watching Bartholomew play.
Bartholomew seems to be getting a little tired though, so I figure that it's about time to go inside.
I'll just read while I'm inside.
Seeing how expansive that that library room is, there's no way that I can't find something to read.
