Dear Journal,
So much has happened since my last entry.
To start things off, Brian and the police, along with a few news groups, were the ones who pulled up to my house today.
Just as I suspected, this whole brain surgery thing was illegal. I was told that Dr. Abell had been arrested and had his medical license permanently suspended.
They had brought in my "friends" for questioning, and they needed me for conformation. Dr. Abell told them where this house was, so that's how they found me so quickly.
All I had to do was show them the scars that Bartholomew and I have.
Bartholomew's not with me at the moment. He has been taken so that the side effects of the surgery could be studied.
He still had the red sores on him, so maybe that's why they took him first.
I'm not sure what's going to happen with my "friends" now, but Brian told me that he was angry with them.
So far, all I've heard is that they need to pay a pretty hefty fine for this. Jail time is being considered, according to the news reports that I have been watching for some time now.
So yeah, Dr. Abell and my "friends" are finally being punished for what they did, but it's going to take a lot more than a payment for me to even consider joining The Beatles again.
I can only hope that Bartholomew's doing fine right now.
