Dear Journal,
It's nighttime now, and I finally chose a book to read while I'm here in me bead.
Charlotte's Web.
I've heard of this book before, but I've never read it myself.
I probably don't have to have this entire book read by next week, it does have over 100 pages after all.
Bartholomew's sleeping on the other pillow right now, and it's just making me feel tired as well. But, I can't go to sleep before I even begin reading.
The light from this lamp doesn't seem to be bothering Bartholomew, so he must be out cold right now.
Maybe all that playing in the pond tired him out.
Anyway, I have some reading to do.
