After taking an hour to get ready, I went downstairs to leave with Jack. I go down to the living room to see Jack had changed his clothes. He was wearing black knee high boots, with a white floral dress own. He wasn't wearing his signature jacket and, the sleeves to his dress stopped at the shoulder. Jack had also put his hair up in a French braid. He had also braided flowers into his braid.
"Why'd you change your clothes?", I asked him with my head tilted slightly.
"I was wearing my baking clothes when were cooking. These clothes are what I picked out for the wedding.", he replied.
"Just don't outshine me. That is all I ask of you." Jack just nodded his head. He turned to walk away and go outside but, he stopped just at the doorway. He turned his head to look at me.
"By the way, we invited Richard's and yours families. They all came out here to see you two get married." I smiled to myself. It's good to know that my parents are going to be there to watch me get married.
"Come on fluff ball. We need to get going.", Jack told me while ruffling my hair.
"Come on Jack, now I need to fix my hair.", I whined to him. He just stood there and smirked at me. I turned around and walked back up the stairs so I could fix my hair. What a jerk. He just had to ruin my hair before we could leave. At least we were still at the house and not the building. It probably could have been worse. But it had taken me a while to get my hair done and, he just ruined it in .02 seconds flat.
10 minutes later my hair was fixed and, I was sitting in the back of the car Jack had barrowed. I was still grumbling to myself about Jack messing up my hair but, it has already been done and over with. Time to move on with life. Soon I'll be married to the love of my life. I can't wait. I don't even want to wait. I want it to happen now. Oh boy, do I wish it was right now. I really want to be in his arms right now as well.
I was knocked out of my thoughts when I heard Jack chuckling up in the front seat.
"What?" I snapped at him. He looked at me out of the corner of his eye and put one of his hands up in defense.
"Nothing. It's just funny seeing you pout. You thinking 'bout your boy, I assume?" he questioned.
"What's it to you?" I grumbled with a small pout still on my face.
"C'mon, don't be like that. I'm just teasing." he replied with that teasing look on his face. I just hmphed at him and turned away. Seeing Richard will help make me feel better. I looked out the window longingly. I just wanted Richard, that's all.
30 minutes later we arrived at the building. I was too excited to wait and, pretty much jumped out of the car well it was still moving. I'll get in trouble for it later but all well. I really missed Richard and I wanted to see him. I ran inside and almost collided with a latter. I looked at Michael with a glare.
"The wedding is about to start in ten minutes and your still putting up decorations!" I angrily yelled. I honestly don't know why I'm mad but of course I am.
"Sorry Marshal, your to be soon husband was messing around more than actually helping." Michael replied.
"It's ok Michael, sorry for yelling. I'm just... just...", I let out a long quiet sigh, "I honestly don't know anymore. I think I'll just go sit down and wait." I walked over to a chair and sat down. I put my elbows on my knees and, had my head in my hands. It felt like things where just not going right today, which is a problem. I really want Richard now, he knows how to make everything better.
"C'mon Marshal. Time to get up, everything is ready and everyone is sitting." Jack informed me. I looked up at him to see his hand held out for me. I grabbed it and stood up. Hopefully nothing else go's wrong from here.
Jack walked with me over to where my dad was. My dad was going to walk with me down the aisle to where Richard is. Richard and I decided that I was going to walk down the aisle and, he was going to stand by the alter.
I walked up to my dad and took hold of his hand that he held out for me. He gave me one of his proud smiles with his eyes twinkling with pride and happiness. I'm happy to see that my dad is proud of me, even though I'm gay. I've truly been blessed with amazing parents and a great guy to call my own. I'm also thankful for the friends I have. They are truly great in their own amazing way.
I walked down the aisle with my dad next me. Everyone's heads turned to look at me but, I stared straight ahead. I looked at Richard as I walked closer and closer to him. he was breathtakingly handsome. I saw the look of admiration in his eyes. Richard was wearing a black tux and a black tie. Richard's shoes were also black. I on the other hand was wearing a completely white tux with a white tie, and white dress shoes. We both had our hair slicked back with hair grease.
Richard held his hand out to me when I got close enough to him. I took his hand and stood in front of him. We stared into each other's eyes. I saw the love swimming in Richard's eyes as he looked at me. I felt my love for him grow even stronger as I felt like everything disappeared around us. I could hear someone talking but, I wasn't paying much attention to it. I was to busy being enraptured by Richard. I saw Richard's mouth moving and my brain processed half of what he was saying. I also ended up feeling my mouth moving but I had no idea what I was saying. But I knew I said something right when I saw some happy tears slide down Richard's face. I knew I also had a few tears running down my face from the pure happiness I'm feeling.
"You may now kiss the groom." a voice said. Richard and I leaned close to each other, and our lips landed on one and another's. A bunch of people from the crowd cheered as we kissed each other. A loud knocking sound came from the doors knocking everyone out of the happy atmosphere. There were angry voices coming from outside. It defiantly didn't sound good.
I decided to do a double update and Merry Christmas to everyone.
