Nick and i were just staying in a weird position, trying to be there for each other when all of a sudden, there was a knock on the door, who the fuck is trying to disturb me at this time of the night.

I stood up and opened the door but before i could react, a black bag covered my vision and the last thing i remembered was being dragged out of my own home.

I woke up in a dark basement and My heart rate started rising, why the hell am i here? Where the hell am I? Who dragged me here? Is Nick okay? before i could start thinking about any more questions, A man walked into the room, he stood in front of me and i couldnt really see hes face so i tried blinking a couple of times to see if i know this guy...

But when i saw his face, it reminded me so much of Kio. I started to get creeped out but before anything else could be said or done, he started talking

Man: Hello Becca

I recognized his voice, YES, he was the one who called me for the gun wait, hes the one who killed my parents...

Becca: What the fuck do you want.

Man: Ah i see that you remember who i am, now listen, since Kio is not working with me anymore, i need to get that gun from you by force so listen to me carefully Becca. I will let you go but that is only to get that gun from your house and to send it to one of my colleagues who will meet you at the Bayshore garden tonight at 11 pm, if you don't reach there before midnight, your brother, Nick, the one we are holding hostage, will die. Oh and also don't get any ideas on trying to call the cops or else, well you know, your brother.

Becca: You're fking sick.

He did not even say anything after that, all he did was asked his colleagues to let me out and after that, they drove me home.

I couldnt give that gun away, i can't, my father told me to protect it with my life and that is what i am going to do but what the hell do i do with Nick. UGH FUCK!

I then decided that maybe i should ask Kio for help since he is not working for them anymore and i know that i should probably hate him right now but i really need his help so instead of using my own mobile phone to call him, i used the house phone since these sick, idiotic people could have hacked into it already.

The line was ringing and i started getting nervous...

Kio: Hello?

Becca: Kio?

Kio: Becca? OMg, it's so nice to hear your voice, do you know how sorry i am...

I ignored what he said and continued with my question.

Becca: Listen, Kio, i need help, your boss has my brother held hostage and the thing is, if i don't give him the gun by midnight, they will kill Nick. I can't give the gun Kio, i can't and i won't let Nick die so please help me, Kio...

At this point, i started sobbing, i mean honestly who wouldn't cry if they're brother about to die because of a GUN.

Kio: Okay okay i will help you alright Becca. I will try and get Nick out of my brother's house.

Becca: Thank you, Kio

Now there is nothing for me to do except to wait for Kio to get Nick out of there and i swear to you, as soon as he gets Nick out of there, I am packing my bags and were leaving this place.

Kio's POV:

I can't believe my brother would do this. Now the only thing on my mind is to get Becca back and i can only do that by helping her with this.

Since i know where my brother keeps his hostages, i decided to sneak in. As soon as i got in, i quietly find my way around and i know that Nick's life is in my hands right now, if i get caught or fail, then, Becca will hate me forever and not only that, an innocent boy will die for no reason.

I was walking around when i heard mumbles coming from the room to my right, without any hesitation, i walked into that room and i saw Nick. I quickly got him out of there but on my way out there was a group of guards coming our way. Nick and I had to hide behind some boxes and once they were finally gone, I sneaked him out and brought him to my car.

I drove off to Becca's house and as soon as i reached her home, i opened the door and i could see her pacing around her living room, as soon as the door opens and as soon as she sees Nick, she immediately ran up to him and hugged him.

My heart softened since her family is now safe but when i looked around i could see suitcases all around.

Kio: What is this Becca?

Becca: I can't stay here anymore Kio, i have to move.

Kio: Could i at least follow you, i don't like the fact that you are travelling alone.

Becca: I'm not, I'm going with Nick and even if i could let you follow, i don't think i would, not after what you did to me.

Kio: Please Becca, you have to forgive me for that, i didn't know he was going to do that.

Becca: Whatever Kio, thank you alright but i have to go now.

She told Nick to bring the suitcases down to the garage where her car is at and she stayed with me for a little while and said

Becca: Listen, i know it wasn't your fault, which is why i am going to forgive you but i am really sorry Kio, we cant be a thing.

Kio: I understand Becca but could we at least keep in touch? I'm worried about you.

Becca: I will be fine.

Becca's POV:

I know this was probably the last time id ever see his face ever again which is why i decided to forgive him but i also did something else after that...

I walked closer to him and hugged him, i pulled away but we stayed in that position as we looked into each other's eyes. He licked his lips and i knew i couldnt control it anymore so i leaned in and kissed him, his kiss was soft and passionate, i kissed him back with the same amount of energy and passion.

I pulled away and smiled at him. He followed me to the garage and before i got in the car, i looked back at him and stared into his eyes and said, "I will never forget you, I love you Kio" I did not even let him respond as i straight away went into the car and started driving...
