Cory - Going Fast

Due to some travel delays, we get to the Olympic stadium too late to take part in the Opening Ceremonies but the Village itself is filled with revelers. It's too bad I missed the ceremonies and all the hotties from around the world.

"So where's the party tonight?" I ask my teammate John as we each lay claim to a bed in our condo, which will be our home for the next couple of weeks.

"Dude, I'm laying low tonight. I have to kick this jet lag if I'm going to be able to hit the slopes tomorrow. Aren't you tired? I'm wrecked."

"You're going to miss some prime, rock-hard tail because you're sleepy? Whatever dude. More for me."

"No tail for me. You know I'm dating Krissy from the women's snowboarding team."

"Sucks to be you," I say.

"I'm asking her to marry me when we get home. I have it all planned out. We're going to heli-ski in Telluride and I'm going to ask her to marry me at the top of the mountain. Then we'll ski down to the lodge where everyone will be waiting to help us celebrate."

"Sounds nice. Congrats."

"Yeah it should be cool. You'll be invited."

"Thanks," I say as I throw my crap on the floor and pull on a clean sweater and jeans. The last thing I want to think about is getting married.

"Hey, I wanted to tell you, we all wish Ashton could be here. We're all really sorry about what happened to him. I just wanted you to know that," he says.

I shrug, "I appreciate that man," and head out looking for something to do in the Olympic Village. I wish Ashton were here too but he isn't. He did the worst thing a brother could do. He died.

Ashton and I started skiing on Vail Mountain as kids. My parents worked for the ski patrol and got us free lessons. We spent our childhood chasing each other down the Back Bowls on skis in the winter and bikes in the summer. We were inseparable. And fast. So fast our parents decided to allow us to compete as a more productive outlet for our need for speed.

Ashton was fearless. He was always the first to try a new, steeper path down every mountain and I would follow. When we started competing and experiencing other mountains around the world, he would make it his mission to attack the most challenging terrain. He took pride in beating me down one of the hardest courses on the race circuit – The Streif in Austria – over five thousand feet of screaming speed. From that day forward, we were known as the "Wonder Twins" – for our fearlessness, or insanity, on any mountain.

We started winning championship after championship and it soon became clear that we were the toughest competition for each other. We would constantly try to outrace each other. And that's exactly how I killed my brother one sunny day on the mountain we grew up on.

Each time I put on skis, I think about that day. Ashton and I were playing around and racing down every run as fast as we could. We loved to just go for it. Heads down. Pure adrenaline and velocity. And we knew those runs like the back of our hands. We never thought anything bad could happen on Vail Mountain.

He was slightly ahead of me when suddenly he caught an edge and started tumbling headfirst down the slope. Over and over he spun, hitting his head repeatedly, until his lifeless body hit a tree. His helmet was cracked in two and his brain immediately swelled.

I was the first to get to him. I kept telling him everything will be okay. I held him until the medics could get to us with their snowmobiles. Everything was not okay.

The medics didn't have to say anything. I knew he was already dead. If I hadn't pushed him to go so fast maybe he'd still be here. I'm just glad my parents were long retired from the ski patrol.

The following weeks were filled with memorials and attempts at keeping a normal routine, for fear that if we didn't our lives would fall apart in an instant. Two thousand people came to Ashton's funeral in Vail. We spread his ashes on the side where we first learned to ski and where Ashton took his final breath. I felt everyone's eyes on me, wondering if I'd be next. Wondering if I'd quit.

I didn't bother answering anyone's questions. I moved to Aspen and just kept skiing, going faster and faster. I couldn't erase the image of Ashton lying dead in my arms.

I wasn't planning on trying out for the Olympics again. I couldn't imagine it without my brother. But my parents thought it would be good for me. Distract me from everything. I went along with the plan. I wasn't in the mood for conflict.

Nor was I in the mood to train. I went into the trials completely unprepared. I wasn't worried about my form at all. I was eating like crap and smoking and drinking too much. I was even dabbling in harder drugs and having sex with anyone who would have me.

Going fast was my mantra. I hit the slopes and just went as fast as I could. When I wasn't racing down a mountain, I was racing down the street in my roadster or on my dad's motorcycle. I didn't care if I lived or died. I had a few close calls but I made it through the World Cup somehow – maybe Ashton made sure I would – and I was chosen to represent the United States on its Olympic Alpine ski team.

So here I am. For better or worse.

I walk around the Olympic Village and finally join a group of athletes looking to ease the adrenaline that's pumping through everyone's bodies. They say they're heading to a private party at a nearby villa. I tag along.

Vodka shots are flowing and I soon end up in my underwear with two sexy female hockey players in a hot tub. I offer them some shots.

"No thanks, we have a game in two days. We really want to work off some pre-game tension though. Are you interested in giving us a hand?" as the brunette leans over and kisses me while the red head works her hand inside my underwear.

"Absolutely," I say. They both stand and pull me up out of the water.

"Let's go find the shower." We make our way to the bathroom and under the steamy hot water. We soap each other up and I head south burying my face between the thighs of the red head while diddling the naughty bits of the brunette.

I've never felt such muscular thighs. I follow every contour of the red head's body and even outline her dragon tattoo with my tongue. I turn my attention to the brunette's upturned breasts and suck on her now hard, huge dark nipples.

The girls start making out with each other with abandon. I stand feeling a bit awkward and left out until one of them grabs me, and the three of us help ease our anxieties in a crescendo of orgasms.
