I looked at him through the thick bars of the small window. He sat across legged on the floor of the white, padded room. His arms wrapped around his body in the canvas jacket. His eyes fixed on the door in front of him. He was expressionless, motionless, and looked as they had deemed him; insane.
He didn't notice me at first, until I placed my hand on one of the bars and his gaze turned to me. Eyes a flaming green. I could have sworn I saw a smile appear on his face before he started screaming in a fit of rage - throwing himself at the walls.
I was pushed away from the door. My dear Killian was no more.
