Chapter 42:My Summon

(Sora's pov )

"Did he just say die!"

I whispered to naruto startled.

Jariya then led us to a clearing where the earth had split in two making a huge gap in the ground.

He kneeled down to our level and said

"The only way for you to properly activate your chakra is to be in grave danger. This is a matter of life and death because if you fail....you WILL die." His tone was full of warning but also faith.

I nodded and naruto looked in deeper gulping.

Jariya sighed then pushed naruto and he fell.

I gasped and was about to yell at the pervert but he pushed me down to saying 'good luck'.

I was a little far away from naruto but I could still hear his panic and frequent whispers of frustration.

I looked down and finally noticed how much trouble I was acually in. I needed to do something and fast!.

I knew I hadn't even practiced summoning anything yet but I wanted to find out what creature Jariya had said was best suited for me.

I will summon this thing! and I'll do it right!.

(Naruto's pov)

What can I do now! I'm falling at who knows how many miles per hour and I  cant see sora nor can I hear her. But I know I shouldn't worry about her right now....I need to focus.

I looked at my hand and bit deeply into it while feeling an enormous  feeling of power flowing out of my body. To my right I even saw some red chakra.

I did some hand signs and yelled

"Summoning jutsu!"and I had out my hand while below me I noticed a shocking amount of red chakra eminating from my hand.

Then a huge toad appeared under me and I landed safely on its head but to my left I saw sora fall right past me.

(Sora's pov)

I then saw naruto ontop of a huge frogs head and I smiled thinking that I knew he could do it but it was when I fell past him that I noticed I was still falling!.

I then began to panic as I tried to remember the correct hand signs.

Luckily I eventually got them and I bit lightly into my hand so it would draw a little blood but not too much. As I was about to do the hand signs my cursed seal mark which was holding kuminoku began to ache then sting then burn all at the same time. It was agony.

I heard kuminoku's laughter erupting from her cage and next thing I know I'm standing in front of it.

"This isn't funny!" I yelled getting closer to her cage she just laughed harder and looked at me.

"If it wasn't for this cage I would have k died you just as I killed THEM all those years ago-"

"SHUT UP!" I yelled angry that she dared to mention THAT time.

"Oh come now, you did enjoy the feeling of killing loved ones right? Or was it the power I gave to you?" I then snapped and kicked her cage HARD she shook violently and fell while laughing.

"I will grant you power for now but know this...I will kill again even if it's with your body but I will make you see that power is the one true thing that holds importance in this world." I then opened my eyes to see myself falling again and I quickly bit my hand again and did the right hand signs then yelled
