Hey guys! Merry Christmas. I thought I'd update a chapter as a Christmas gift to you as the reader. I thank you all for reading and wish you all the best. This chapter won't affect the actual story and is just a mini story to celebrate Christmas.

Sora's pov :
I finally awoke and my vision was a little blurry from the lack of sleep,
I was so excited last night that I didn't sleep much at all.
Finally, it's Christmas!
This is my first time accually celebrating Christmas in the leaf village. I sighed as I realised that I didn't know how they celebrate Christmas.
I got dressed and walked out the door into the white snow that lay on the ground.
I approached Itchiraku Ramen to see team seven waiting there.
"Hey guys, Merry Christmas!" I said cheerfully.
"Merry Christmas Sora." Sakura said politely
"Sure, hn" said sasuke
'Emo as ever' I thought sighing.
"MERRY CHRISTMAS SORA!" Naruto yelled causing me to cover my ears.
"Hehehe " I laughed at his outburst, even though he might have burst my ear drums.
Naruto then did something that shocked me, he held out a box in front of him with a note and a ribbon on it.
"Huh?" I questioned
"It's a gift, for you" he said with a smile on his face.
"............."
(My thoughts )
Gahhhhhh! A gift! I didn't remember to buy any for anyone! Oh dang it.
"Sora?" Naruto questioned
"Uhh.....h..how about we give each other gifts...uhhh....L...later"
I stuttered sounding soooooo suspicious.
"Why?" Naruto asked while the others pulled confused faces.
" because....uhhh....I am having a Christmas party! So....uhhh.... bring your stuff then and enjoy yourselves" I replied.
"A party! Really?" Said sakura excited
"Yes! This is gonna be awesome!" Said naruto happily.
"Why not, I guess I'll show" said sasuke.
"Ok then it's settled, tonight at 6. Don't be late" I warned waving.
They all left to get ready.
'Great, now I have 4 hours to buy gifts, get decorations and food and set up' I thought. I walked towards the town and shops to see if they had anything left. I came across a sign that said "Last minute gifts and Christmas deals here for a limited time only." I cheered and entered the shop.
"Right....3 hours and 47 minutes left."
(Naruto: Timeskip because Author-san is lazy)
I walked into my kitchen with multiple bags of food, decorations and gifts.
I looked at My watch and freaked out.
"What! 2 hours left? Really"
I sighed and quickened my pace.
I decided to start with the food, seeming as my teammates will most likely be hungry.
As I put the pasta on the stove, I heard a knock at the door.
"You're a little early-" I stopped when I saw it was naruto with more bags.
"Naruto?" I asked
"Hey, uhh....I thought you could use the help." I smiled and thanked him as he walked through the door.
"So, why suddenly decide to help me?" I asked as I cooked and put more food into the oven.
"Well, this is my first Christmas accually celebrating with others....and you already know I'm an orphan so...I decided that I might as well give this Christmas some effort" he said smiling.
"You know I just made up this whole party idea on the spot right?" I said as he face palmed
"Why would you do that?"
"Well I felt guilty when you gave me a gift and I had nothing for you...so...I needed to do something to make up for it...and so I had more time to get you a gift" he just laughed.
"Whats so funny!" I said
"Sora, Christmas in the hidden leaf isn't about presents or money....its about family and friends....that's why I love Christmas so much, because I get to spend it with those dear to me" I stared wide eyed at him then smiled. "Thank you naruto" he hugged me and I hugged him.
"Oh wait, we still have decorating to do!" I said
"Yeah let's do this Sora!" Naruto yelled enthusiastically.
(Another timeskip)
Everyone had arrived and looked like they were enjoying themselves. I smiled at the sight.
"Sora?" said naruto as he noticed my smile
"You know, I'm happy I live here now. Sure I miss my friends from my old village but...I wouldn't leave here because.....I am a leaf village shinobi"
Naruto chuckled and said
"I'm glad to hear it, Merry Christmas Sora"
"Merry Christmas Naruto"
