Chapter 44:Naruto vs Neji.

(Sora's pov )

I blinked at naruto a couple of times before laughing like a maniac.

"Whats so funny!?"He demanded while his cheeks flushed red with anger.

"Geez naruto,good entrance huh? You have gotta be kidding me!! I mean come on, cows...really! Hahaha!"I laughed at him while he just looked embarrassed.

Naruto then looked at my hair and held onto the little bit of hair on the left side of my head.

"Hey sora,what happened to your hair? Its red!" I rubbed the back of my head sheepishly about to explain.

It was then that a chunin waled over to our group and coughed gaining our attention.

"Uh-hem, I will be the judge for these matches so if I say the match is over, then you stop fighting got it!?"He said full of seriousness

We all nodded our heads.

"Now then - wait a minuet, Sora can you please take your seat in the audience! You lost your fight didn't you?"

My eyebrow twitched.

"No I forfeited I'm not so weak that I'd lose to a sum bag like kabuto " I trailed off at that part but headed to my seat anyway.

"Now then,there have been a few changes as to who you'll be fighting. "

(Naruto's pov )

I looked at the sheet he was holding out,looks like I'm still fighting neji.So who's missing...isn't it that Dosu guy!?

"Naruto and Neji,please stay in the arena. The rest of you head up the the waiting platform for your matches."

I'm up first...against neji...I will win this.

I took my place and nodded to show I was ready.

"Ok..3...2...1..START!" Yelled the chunin before jumping back to stay out of ou way.

"Kage bushiin no jutsu!" I yelled creating 5 shadow clones in total.

"Hm " neji looked lossy at me and at my clones before his eyes changed.

"Byakugan!" He said as he studied my clones closely.

"Impressive you have evenly split up your chakra so I can't tell which of you is the real one." I smirked at his compliment before he spoke his next few words.

"However,it won't be enough to stop me! Your destiny has been decided! You will lose to me Naruto"

That was it my mood immediately changed from jolly to mad.

"Your still going on about that destiny rubbish!?" I said as I went to punch him. He swiftly dodged and did his clans special attack.

"8 trigram 2 palms - 4 palms-8 palms!"I flew back into the wall once neji had hit me and I coughed up a little blood.

"Ouch" I said standing up.

"Face it naruto,your fate had already been decided the moment you stepped foot in this arena. You.will.loose." Neji stated looking dead serious.

I stood up with my legs shaking slightly.

(Sora's pov)

Ouch....that looked painful. "C ' Mon Naruto beat this guy to a pulp!" I yelled happily.

(Naruto's pov )

I looked at sora who had a...light...In her eyes and that helped me gain my determination again.
