Chapter 57: Ultimate Tag Team

Normal pov:
The air was tense as the three summoned creatures glared at each other with hateful eyes.
"I'll take you down and make you pay for what you did to my son!" Yelled Chief toad as he leaped into the air, ready for an attack.
"Woah!" Naruto yelled as he was pushed back and fell.
Chief toad then ,gracefully, twisted his sword and stabbed Shukaku in the arm.
"How do you like THAT!" He shouted as he cut Shukaku's arm off.
Sora's pov :
I smirked at the Chiefs actions and figured I should take some action too.
"Hakubai!" I shouted gaining his attention
"Yes milady" he said in understanding as he flew into the air and I held onto his feathers tightly so I wouldn't fall.
"Staeady..." I said as Hakubai prepared an attack.
"Now!" I shouted as he swooped down from the sky and, using his wings as a blade, cut the trees and even burned some.
However, Shukaku dodged by using Naruto's position as a sheid while he retreated backwards.
"Darn coward" I said as I ordered Hakubai to stop his attack so naruto was not hit.
"Awesome" naruto said impressed with both attacks.
Shukaku's arm dissolved however,the impact of chief toad landing sent a shock wave, causing the others to lose their balance and fall. It was now Shukaku's turn to growl.
"I've got to get this over with quick or else" the chief said
"No! Don't lure him in that direction, sakura is still there!"
I gasped 'oops, I forgot about her...'
"Try to lure him in this direction" naruto said pointing behind him.
"Sakura?" Chief asked
"It's his little girlfriend" I said emphasising the last part.
"It's have to take him out, otherwise-"
I cut him off
"Otherwise sakura is dead meat." Shukaku then turned "interesting" he then laughed.
Hakubai sighed "Oh dear,that child does have issues....poor thing " I sweatdropped
"Now is not the time to be feeling sympathetic!" I shouted. I then froze and became silent.
"Miss Sora?" Hakubai asked
"Shh!" I said to him.
Temari...... I overheard her speaking to herself.
"Garra,this is bad!" She then fled and I could no longer hear her.
"Whats bad?" I said confusing Hakubai.
"Is everything alright?" He asked me
"Yeah...just fiahhhh!" I yelled as another migraine came.
"Sora!" Hakubai yelled. Another part of my hair turned red and Hakubai widened his eyes.
"I knew it" he said
"Sora!" Naruto yelled as he approached me along with the Chief.
"I heard you yell, is everything ok?" Naruto asked.
I stood with shaky legs
"Yeah, just*pant* fine." It was then that we saw Garra come out of Shukaku's head.
"What?" We all said.
Chief glared and said " a spiritual rest medium."
"As thanks for entertaining me, I am going to show you the true power of the sand!" Garra said menacingly.
"The medium has been possessed by the shukaku" Hakubai said
"What, how?" I asked
"Those possessed by the medium are no longer capable of sleeping soundly, the fright is too great."
"This makes his personality unstable, right?" Hakubai nodded
"Great" naruto said sarcastic.
"If Garra's awake then Is the Shukaku's power contained?" I asked
"Yes" the Chief answered
Garra then went limp as he fell asleep.
"Oh no" Hakubai said
"I don't like this" said naruto "Whats gonna happen?"
"The Shukaku will be unleashed" I gasped
The Shukaku laughed "finally free! here I come!"
"So...is that the sand spirit?" Naruto asked
"Wow, sure is a funky demon" Gamabunta said.
" ot much of a fright is he?" I said
"Sora!" Said Hakubai in disapproval
"Yeeeeeaaa hope you're ready to die, game on!" Me and Hakubai sweatdropped at the Shukaku
"He really is a nutcase " Hakubai and myself said in unison.
"Air bullet" Shukaku yelled
"Wha" I yelled as Hakubai flew upwards
"Why was he aiming at me?" I yelled. Shukaku then spoke
"You insulted me" I face planted
"You are such a child!" I yelled. He then aimed at the Chief and he leaped into the air as a dodge.
"Liquid bullet!" Yelled Chief as Shukaku counter attacked with another air bullet.

Sasuke's pov :
"What kind of fight is thins turning into?"
Sora's pov :
"Remember, don't attack in that direction!" Naruto yelled
"Shut up, I know!" The Cheif replied.
"Hakubai" I yelled
"Prepare for a counter attack" he nodded
Using the liquid bullet to blind the shukaku, I picked that moment to attack.
"Fire wave!" Hakubai yelled as Shukaku was only minorly injured.
I got irritated "too bad" said Shukaku.
"You were holding back weren't you?" I asked hakubai
"Well that poor child is still asleep on his head! " Yelled Hakubai
"Well we him up!" I yelled back. I then froze.
"Sora?" Wait....wake him up....
"That's it! Hakubai we need to wake him up!"

I turned to talk to naruto but he was still fighting.
Naruto's pov:
"This is bad Chief! another is coming!" An air bullet then hit us with tremendous force.
"Woohoo, I killed him!" Cheered Shukaku. It was then that the Chief and I jumped out from the smoke and spoke.
"That hurt!"
Sora's pov :
Naruto...Chief...you're ok.
"That was alot of chakra I must admit" the Chief said as Shukaku growled.
"If I get hit with that attack again, then even I won't last"
"Chief what do we do now?" Yelled naruto
"Naruto!" I yelled as I approached him.
"Sora!" Naruto replied
"I had an idea, how about-"
"Waking up the medium" the Chief interupted me.
"Oi, I was gonna say that!" I yelled bing ignored.
"Huh? How do we do that?" Naruto asked
"Just fire-"
"Basically, beat him awake" the Chief glared at me an I smirked
"How do you like being interupted?" I shouted causing Hakubai and Naruto to sweatdrop. Using liquid bullet as a blind spot, Chief Toad grabbed onto Shukaku's shoulders.
"Now is your chance!" He yelled however, the Chief lost his grip. My eyes widened.
"Chief, in order for naruto to get a shot you need to have a good grip!" I said
"In order to do that I'm gonna need claws to dig into the enemy" he replied.
"What! Then what do we do?" Naruto questioned.
"Use the transformation jutsu and change me into something with claws. You are going to have to do the hand signs to make me transform." The Chief spoke.
"What!?" Naruto said baffled
"Do it!" Yelled the Chief
"Uhh ok"
"Here we go"
"Wait, heyheyheyhey!" Naruto screamed. It was obvious Naruto couldn't think of anything so I decided to help.
"Naruto, think of something you might have seen on a mission!" I yelled. Naruto gasped.
"Good, looks like he got the right idea" I sighed.
"Sora, what are you thinking?" Hakubai asked. I just smirked
"Transformation jutsu!" Naruto yelled. Smoke then appeared around where the Chief used to be and an orange creature appeared.
"That's the...." Sasuke gasped
I smiled
"The Nine Tailed Fox" I said
