Chapter 53: complete confusion

Sora's pov :
"We need to wake them up!" I shouted pointing to naruto and shikamaru.
Sakura nodded and ran to them.
I looked at kakashi and gai. I turned to face the hokage stand and heard voices through the smoke.
"Lord kazekage what is this?" I scowled at the thirds question. So the kazekage is behind this..... I saw the cloud of smoke getting thicker surrounding the hokage.
"Lord hokage!" I shouted as I looked at sakura.
"You are alright here right?" I asked
"Yes but....where are you going...Sora will you be ok?" She asked me
"Don't worry just wake those two up and I'll catch up with you" I shouted as I began to run to where the hokage was.
"Sora!" Sakura yelled but I had already leapt away to assist the hokage and anbu.
As I leapt on the roofs of houses I heard voices...was that....no....A summoning!? They are planning on summoning a creature! I growled and started to heard towards the hokage quicker but it was too late, in 5 he distance I saw three snakes emerge from a cloud of smoke and my eyes widened. This was no longer just a mere disagreement but a full on war!. I decided to turn and head towards the snakes and stop them from getting any further into the leaf village. I leapt quicker and quicker until I finally reached the wall of the village where the snakes were attacking fellow Konoha ninjas.
"Whats going on-" before I could Finish my sentence, kuni were thrown at me from my side and luckily I dodged.
I landed gracefully and looked up to see five ninjas but....They were not Konoha shinobi.
"Sand ninjas" I hissed

Sasuke's pov :
"Whats going on here?" I questioned
"Stop it Garra" I heared a feminine voice yell
"I must kill him!" Garra replied. I turned too see garra with 2 other people; kankuro and temari.
A sand ninja appeared in front of the three ninja.
"What are you doing! The plan is already under way!" He shouted
A Konoha shinobi then appeared in front of me.
"What is going on, tell me!" I demanded
"Garra is the trump card for the village hidden in the sand, kankuro and temari you will take him and tend to his wounds " the sand shinobi said
"Gotcha and what about you sensei?" Temari asked
"I'm gonna take care of these guys"
"Are you sure the plan will work?"
"I'll make sure it does"
I scowled at the ninja and glared
"Go!" The shinobi yelled and the three siblings left
I growled and the Konoha shinobi spoke
"Is the host of this party....orochimaru?"
I gasped at what he said
"I don't know nor care, now let's get fighting the sand shinobi replied
"Sorry sasuke but the chunin exams end here for you, you have already achieved chunin level shinobi, so put your training to good use." The Konoha ninja said
"In other words I'm supposed to take down garra right?"I said
"Just be careful" he said to me. I nodded and began to run until the sand shinobi threw kuni at me. I leapt over the wall ignoring his attack and running after garra.
I looked to my left and saw three snakes and a girl with red and black hair throwing kuni and dodging attacks
"Sora..." I said and I shook my head trying to focus on my mission
"She'll be fine" I munbled to myself, our eyes made eye contact for a brief second and she smiled at me telling me to go. Yeah...she can handle herself.

Sora's pov :
I saw sasuke run after the three siblings that escaped and smiled, good, at least we now know that garra will be in some trouble. I sighed and threw kuni at the snake before me. I hissed and started moving foward.
"Oh no, the academy!" I shouted worried.
I leapt on to different roofs trying to pursue the snakes until Konoha shinobi landed on the roofs in front of the snakes phew....backup

Sakura's pov :
I looked at kakashi sensei and gai sensei.
"Look kakashi, inside the barrier" gai sensei said and I looked to see inside the purple barrier
'What is it?'
"Orochimaru" kakashi sensei said and I gasped
Orochimaru...why is he here? Don't tell me he is after sauke again? "Hey sasuke!-" I turned to warn him but he was no longer in the arena. He...he's gone? I gasped as a ninja leapt above me I put my hands above my head to shield myself when I heard a clashing sound and looked up to see kakashi sensei protecting me.
"Sakura, just stay there while I trim their numbers down to size" he smiled that creepy smile when he spoke
Gai sensei then spoke as him and kakashi sensei landed back to back.
"I'm worried about lord hokage"
"Leave him to the anbu black ops, we have enough to deal with here" kakashi sensei spoke
"Yeah but-"
"Just remember gai, he is the hokage"
I watched them carry on fighting when I remembered what I was asked to do.
"Sakura, this is the first A rank mission since the land of the waves" kakashi sensei said. I then remembered what sora said
"Be careful....sakura"
I approached naruto and shikamaru and touched their faces and said
"Release!"
I know it is a little short but I will be updating again later on before I go away for 2 weeks. I just thought that I would update today too. Hope you enjoyed next part coming soon.
