Moving Time

I woke up to the sound of my phone alarm going off. Shit, we have to get on the plane to New York.

“Felix!” He didn’t budge. I shook him in an attempt to wake him up. When he didn’t move, I planted a kiss on his lips. When I was about to pull away, his arms were thrown around me, pulling me on top of him. He broke the kiss and we sat there staring into each other’s eyes. I snapped back into reality.

“Felix, we have to go, the flight was in two hours.”

“Fine.”

I got off of him. We put on fresh clothes and packed snacks into the carry-on. We didn’t need to bring suitcases, because the Moving Trucks took everything. We went to the car and Felix drove. He grabbed my hand and sang songs that played on the radio. We arrived at 5:15. We went through security, 5:45. We went to the Dunkin’ Donuts and ate breakfast. 6:15. We bought things to drink during the ride and got to the front of the gate, 6:23. Just in time. I rested my head on Felix’s shoulder as I heard a girl run towards us.

“OMG your pewdiepie!” Felix lifted his head and smiled.

“How’s it goin bro?”

“Great, now that I’m talking to you. What are you doing in New York?”
“Well, my girlfriend and I are moving there to connect with our bros more.”

“Oh.” She turned and faced me. “Oh my god. Are you (Y/N)? I love your colabs with Pewds.”

“Thanks. What’s your name?”
“My names Ivana.”

“Nice to meet you-” I was cut off by the announcements.

“The 6:30 flight to New York is now boarding.”

“Well, it was great meeting you Ivana. I’m sorry, but this is our stop.”

“Bye, nice meeting you both.”

We got on the plane, and the 11 hour and 60 minute ride started. After hearing we could use our electronics, Felix and I took turns picking videos we watched. After about seven hours of YouTube, I placed my head in Felix’s lap and let the lack of sleep take over. I shut my eyes and drifted to sleep.
