“(Y/N), were here.” I awoke to the beautiful voice of Felix. I jumped out of my seat and Felix took my hand, grabbed our carry-ons, and dragged me into the line to get off the plane. After walking off the plane, my phone buzzed.

“Sorry Felix, I have to take this.”

“Alright.”

I walked toward the bathroom and answered the phone. It was my mom; she wanted to plan a special dinner for Felix, not the dinner, but what she was cooking. I didn’t want Felix to hear about it so it was a surprise.

“What up madret?”

“Hey (Y/N), I just wanted to make sure you got here okay.” I felt two arms wrap around my waist softly. I smiled and felt safe in his arms.

“Sorry mom, Felix is here, I think he wants to get to the house now. I’ll talk to you later. See you at six.”

“See you then. Be safe.”

“I will, love you.”

“Bye.”

“Bye.”

I hung up and turned to face the owner of the arms. The grip tightened.

“Felix, let me go.”

“It’s not Felix, doll face” I heard a deep voice say.

I started to scream, hopeful Felix would hear. My screams turned into muffled sounds as I felt a moist cloth cover my mouth. I kicked my leg up to his stomach in an attempt to escape. The man let go of me and grabbed his stomach. I ran toward Felix and screamed his name. When Felix ran towards me, the pair of arms once again wrapped around me. Felix ran to me, tears filled his eyes.

“Please, let her go. We just came here for a new start. Just let her go, and no one will know about this.”

The cloth once again covered my mouth.

“What will you do for her?”

“Anything.” My vision became blurred, and I could no longer hold my weight. His arms were the only thing keeping me up.

“If she was that important to you, you don’t let her out of your sight, or this happens.” I was placed on the floor as he continued.

“Since your new here, I’ll give you another chance. Fight me. You win, you can take her. I win, you die, and she is free.” I tried to speak, but couldn’t find my voice. My eyes shut. I heard Felix scream in pain, then everything became muted and black.

I woke up in an unknown room, with no windows. That man, that monster got me. All I thought about Felix. I didn’t care if I lived or not, but if he died trying to save me, I couldn’t live with myself. My vision blurred as tears welled in my eyes.

“Felix!” I heard footsteps rushing to my room.

“(Y/N)! Thank god you’re awake.” It was Felix, he won. He had a cut on his head that kind of resembled Harry Potters scar. I pulled his head towards mine and kissed his cut. When I pulled away, he pulled me back in and planted a kiss on my lips. I kissed him back. After a minute or so, I pulled away.

“Felix, New York is a whole new world. You saved me. You are, and always will be my hero.”

He planted another kiss on my head and crawled into bed with me. He held me protectively, pulling my body closer to his.

“(Y/N), that man was right, I should have never left your side. Where you go, I follow.” I hugged him and shut off the light. Then I remembered.

“Felix?”

“Yes beautiful?”

“Did you call my mom and tell her we can’t make dinner?”

“Yup. We rescheduled for Friday at seven.”

“Thanks Felix, love you.”

“Love you too. Night (Y/N).”

“Night Pewdie.”
